I can't see these on the app.. What am I missing? Software updates?
In agreement 100%. Also, it is good to hear that a report has been given to actionfraud. Hopefully this can be investigated by an official body. It is nice to see deals coming through the app, but I can only hope the number that are offered will drastically increase. The business model it good. It just sickens me that thieves who drove this company into the ground whilst profiting at the same time are major shareholders and if this ever does take off they will only become richer.
By the conduct shown by the previous directors. All should be sued. http://www.*************.com/views/27284/breaking-teathers-financial-shocker-nilesh-jagathia-show-me-the-money
is coming along nicely. Gives me hope. The utter worst thing about this share.. Is should it become successful. O.Fattal and J. Drummond make even more money due to their holdings, even after their fraudulent practices. That disgusts me personally.
Our XTR investment may turn postive tomrrow..!
http://www.teathers.com/investors/Description of the business and Investing Policy To invest in AIM quoted companies either on flotation, through secondary offerings or by purchasing shares in the market and unquoted companies, joint ventures or projects which the Board believes will be seeking a quotation on AIM within 12 to 18 months of such investment. The Directors intend to focus primarily on AIM traded companies which they believe have good liquidity and are undervalued hence providing an opportunity for them to create Shareholder value. Although the Board will consider investing in companies of all sectors they intend to focus on sectors which have market appeal from time to time. It is the Board’s opinion that currently such sectors include the technology sector and certain areas of natural resources with a specific emphasis on the oil and gas sector. Such investments are likely to be made in companies which have a permanent place of business in the UK. However the Company will not be limited by geography and companies operating anywhere in the world may be considered. The Directors may consider it appropriate to take an equity interest in any proposed investment which may range from a minority position to 100 per cent. ownership. Proposed investments may be structured as an acquisition, joint venture or as an interest in a project. The Company intends to be an involved and active investor. Accordingly, where necessary, the Company may seek participation in the management or with the board of directors of an entity in which the Company invests or, in the event that it is acquired, in the on-going enlarged entity. Where appropriate, the Board intends to add their expertise to the management of the business, and utilise their industry relationships and access to finance. New investments will be held for the medium to longer term, although a shorter term disposal of any investments cannot be ruled out. There will be no limit on the number of projects into which the Company may invest, and the Company’s financial resources may be invested in a number of propositions or in just one investment, which may be deemed to be a reverse takeover pursuant to Rule 14 of the AIM Rules. Where the Company builds a portfolio of related investments it is possible that there may be cross-holdings between such investments. The Company does not currently intend to fund any investments with debt or other borrowings but may do so if appropriate. Investments may be made in all types of entities and there will be no investment restrictions. The Company’s primary objective is that of securing for the Shareholders the best possible value consistent with achieving, over time, both capital growth and income for Shareholders through developing profitability coupled with dividend payments. Clearly, the phrase: "Investments may be made in all types of entities and there will be no investment restrictions." Is important?
What the actual fault with the implementation of the investment policy is. From the description on their website. I fail to see how it has not been fulfilled?
However, I am hoping that a suitable RTO is going to go through.
No dramas pal. Are you currently invested in any of the placings?
Ant, check your mobile data settings. It is very possible that you do not have mobile data enabled for the TEA app..
Ant, do you mind posting your metrics on how you arrived a at £5m (if I remember correctly!) company, based on monthly revenue etc..? Cheers on behalf of all of us.
Another positive. NMG almost fully subscribed.
Precisely. And as much as I hate twitter in terms of companies posting information.. Many of the more followed PI's and 'advisers' are now recommending TEA. I cannot wait for this to be relisted. Lemonade.. You must be a happy, happy man.
That was my initial thoughts. If the user base extends and brokers are able to offer upwards of £250,000 of shares to private clients per deal. This will become incredible. So much simpler for the broker. Not having to source individuals saves time and money. It is clear Shard are modelling demand to determine how many to purchase and also, how many to make available to PI's
Myself also. Unsure as to how regs have been complied with. But it seems they have.. Certainly a disruptive technology now.
It is vital the remember the placing was only for £20,000 or thereabouts.. Also. I believe (However not entirely certain..!) that the most recent placing is also in the public domain. If this could be confirmed, that would be great.
That is true, even on small purchases, the % differences can be vast. Returning to TEA. Based on purely sentiment, 8P was hit last April. Once relisted (I would prefer to think about when rather than if..) and scalability proved (as function certainly has been!) it will be interesting to see where this could go. Bearing in mind how low overheads are. I would welcome any estimates. All the best .
