I guess we shall see. He clearly states that Bo will be leading on the development of Dundas as well as the other current GL projects. If RM is still playing a significant part in this why is he saying otherwise? You don't need 2 CEO's.

Actually, yes, I do have the right. If you are constantly talking this company up, relating your 'feelings' or 'thoughts' then you have to also be open to people questioning you. How long and how much you have invested really is a moot point, that does not make you clever or smart, and in this case have any reasonable inside information to offer to other people looking to invest in this company, you can be misleading. Looking over your posting history of this company I would dare to suggest that it is you who should refrain from commenting as so far you have been completely wrong.

Yes, I'm invested due to the market they are operating in and expect this to be a decent company if they could figure out what they are and where they want to be. I'm not though a blind follower who is happy to offer up to people technical and possible strategic company info when I don't really know what I'm talking about. The number of posts where you reference a 'feeling' is quite amazing, especially when you've only been invested in a company for 6 months or less like you are.

Investment companies need to invest, otherwise what is the point in them. Working in and around p/e I know that at times the money just needs to be spent and some companies are more of a gamble than others. If you research the success of investments in companies at this stage I think you'll find the numbers not so appealing and really doesn't say too much.

The markets that are being mentioned, haulage, roofing etc, there are no incumbents to displace so not quite sure what you mean by this.

What sectors are they now concentrating on Sophie that gives them a bigger margin? You've previously mentioned aviation and mining companies in Columbia, are these the target audience? I would think for obscure companies that they might deal with in Pakistan or South America you would get higher margins as there is more of a credit risk.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but equally, everyone has the right to call out nonsense. I do think this company will increase its mcap but not by doing anything similar as to what's been going on for the last 12 months. When a company launches at IPO they usually have a clear path to success, a strong management team and with a few key customers to see them through the first 2 years. I'd say Verditek has had none.

If anyone is related to Verditek and reads this, it would be nice if the company could post a video of their factory in Italy just to see it exists. It would also be nice to hear from and see Rob Richards in a company presentation along with some info on this alleged 18 strong sales team (which I believe does not exist).

This company does not exist in 12 months with the current BOD/CEO.

I'll take your technical knowledge of Paragraf but nothing that you have stated makes them a market leader, or even close to being. IBM and Samsung will review every single company in this sector if they are thinking of making an acquisition and I'd be keen to read the press release that came out saying they were in talks about acquiring Paragraf, where would I find this?

I'm a little confused about your new outlook 9lives and Sophie, to be honest, you've been leading the chat for 6 months that this is a great company and all as being well over the last 12 months. It clearly has not.

Why would moving to the UK make any difference on RR? You list the UK as the last location on your 'markets' for VDTK. He has no network in the UK (or Australia), from what I can see he has not worked/lived there for a considerable amount of time. He can't be the right person for this company if it is serious about becoming a name in this market.

I would think everyone is on holiday just now given it's Christmas and summer break. Would be nice if they got started but can't see it, easy to announce a drilling programme though. Great couple of weeks and even better ahead!

Italy will be because of tax incentives to start a plant so that can make sense. I'd be a lot happier if R Richards was based in Singapore but he is in Bangkok for some strange reason. A good CEO/company would have had news to counterbalance the disappointment of SAF. As said before, you get what you pay for.

Could it be that a reverse takeover is on the cards? I get there would be a bit of a drop on the SAF news but really Pakistan can not be our target market surely, or Columbia or such places, so maybe we're going back to our bare minimum level of value?

Can only be waiting on the financing which it seems will be out soon along with the Dundas 2021 work programme. The EU want us in, let's wait and see.

It's still early days. Rio's plant in Canada has a large R&D component, and if we're to believe they still have a sizable chunk of mineral sitting there to be analysed, what are they doing with it and what are they waiting to see that 'The Firm' is not and they are already happy to sign up for. Rio will certainly have some part to play.

440kpt is just the starting figure, at that rate to remove 117mt would take 265 years. We believe that there is already an inferred potential of 700mt of product, less than 30% of the resource strike has been drilled as there was no need given the numbers already secured.

When looking at money and control, all that has been done here is to allow a flagship customer the right of some of the product for 5 years and to effectively finance the whole thing too by signing the agreement.

We've just secured as a minimum a 5 year order of 1,250,000 tonnes and potentially rising to 1,700,000

1.25m @ $200 = $250m
1.25m @ $220 = $275m
1.25m @ $250 = $312.5m

1.7m @ $200 = $340m
1.7m @ $220 = $374m

If we only sign this ONE deal on Dundas and if we can assume that the price is not going to drop for the next 2 years and we start shipping product in this same timeframe, we have, from this First Order, repayment of the entire capital costs within 5 years and this leaves a healthy 25-year money printer left switched on, 24/7, all from this First Order.

This not only secures funding for Dundas but for everything else too, including future acquisitions and expansions.

Maybe the market and private investors, myself included, are reacting as this comes as a bit of surprise that the initial main customer is not Rio/West, but referencing the above document it probably shouldn't. China is mentioned 23 times. Money is money though and it won't stay here long. We are maybe now going to see a shift to early trading away from after 2pm and the west.

Maybe it's part of the game, and maybe it's still going on. When the MOU was delayed they did mention that they were pursuing terms that were in the best interest of the shareholders which I thought sounded a bit odd as you would have thought at that time most of the commercials would have been in place.
