Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
In fairness, a lot of people got pulled in during Q1 with the official ODX ramping - increase in production / big things are coming / small matter of elections etc - its been a slow steady drop to 50% of the prices that the directors had the enviable position of selling at - I think most holders right now wish they too had sold then.
So people buying high had at the time good reason to buy in - at least they thought so! Delays have hurt as have the poor comms but hopefully we are near the end of this horrible downward journey................
Look at those Surescreen numbers............
Surescreen
Aug = £8.1m
July = £22.9m
June = £27m
May = £12m
April = £34m
March = £12m
Feb = £7.3m
GAD
Aug = £102k
Jul = £173k
Jun = £0
May = £2.6m
April = £0
March = £248k (test kits) & £2.4m for LFD manufacture
Feb = £0
Grr - not finished!
Surescreen
Aug = £8.1m
July = £22.9m
GAD
Aug = £102k
Jul = £173k
Jun =
Abbott
Aug = £518k
Jul = £5.5m
Jun = £7.5m
Interesting the GAD payment of £102k in August.
GAD also had a small payment (£248k) back in beginning March- maybe getting samples of their test (optimist!) as that would be prior to Surescreen?
Pretty sure the Surescreen work has finished now - at least the pouching and cassetting.
My heart hopes we are going to make the Mologic tests, but brain believes it seems more likely the Surescreen due to the work we have been doing with them recently but honestly, I am not sure at all!
Interesting GAD got a small payt recently - seems like their is stuff going on behind the scenes..........
Based on Walbrook emails, they said:
Initial Email
"in terms of the pouching and cassetting service that Omega provided this was a temporary arrangement"
Later email:
"We're not providing furter information on the pouching and cassetting work that the company previously provided"
The Omega part of the article states:
"Omega Diagnostics in Scotland, who are responsible for part of the assembly process" which sounds to me like the cassetting and pouching - I don't see any claim that states ODX helped develop the test or provide components? unless you can point me to them?
The Surescreen work has finished - Walbrook confirmed to me last week and also would not confirm when it ended.
Potentially a good sign as previously ODX has stated that the work for Surescreen would continue until a test is identified to manufacture - though obviously that could have changed since they didn't expect it to take so long....
we made money from the casseting which would have been paid for from Surescreen and not the DHSC contract (that contract is for LFT's. not services to others).
Not worried about their cash situation for 2021 and even (god forbid) early 2022 and if they have not sold anything by then, cash position will be the last of our concerns!
I dare not assume anything with ODX and comms - they did say they would do cassetting until they have a test to manufacture but that may not be something you can hang your hat on…….
email I got from Walbrook on 28th September confirmed the casetting had finished at that point.
I asked when the Surescreen contract came to an end and Walbrook replied:
“We're not providing further information on the pouching and cassetting work that the company previously provided.”
Comms from ODX stink
if I had a pound for everytime that someone points out that Google shows we are 24hrs, I would have made more profit from that than this share
"Well as long as PD have stopped using frozen pigs spit (and they must surely have been shamed out of that practice by now) then I’m sure Mologic and Avacta will pass with flying colours. Interestingly, the FDA banned use of frozen samples, so Visitect should not encounter the same problems over the pond!"
AVCT failed on the 'frozen samples' and Mologic on usability - hence Mologic and Omega have changed the sample method to something simpler.
Xmas news! - this was completion of TT which took a little longer
April news ! - that was the increase to capacity of 2m
News after elections ! - that was ODX expecting the packaging work to be announced but wasn't
Agreed - learnt a lot from that video which I first saw yeserday - the test itself, the countries it was going for and also the results compared to Abbott and SD Biosensor - all looked very positive so if we can get the home use which I am quietly confident about (and it seems Colin is too!) then we should see some decent news coming through with EU and also UK front.
Just wish it would hurry up - my PF isn't looking too pretty and its the misses birthday in 3 weeks!!
Volume is tiny - look at the size of the trades, most <1000 - larger sells hit the SP
We are just in a holding position.............
I don't get all these people saying ' I can't get through on the phone' - every time I have tried gone straight through?
agreed - he makes good points (sometimes ;-) )
pays to listen to both side of the coin - a lesson painfully learnt on a couple of AIM shares in my past!
I was the 'random' who posted that comment from Walbrook on Twitter(as well as the actual email later on).
I have followed up to ask when the work for Surescreen finished.
