Less than 1p again This share was trading at 29p a while ago Equivalent of £2.90 per share in today's situation,,,,,, after 10/1 dilution..maybe further dilution coming... Why are the BOD not in jail ? This is just disgusting and are they now trying to buy the company from elsewhere only to dilute again and borrow more money to feed their shocking habits
No worries ,,, I don't see how you can add Maori development to your argument Maoris have only been on NZ for 700yrs They are not indigenous to NZ They came from the pacific islands and slaughtered the maori ori Please do your homework Cheers
Racism becomes you,,, Go away ,,, your people suck. Grow up... Learn to play together idiot
I sold about a month ago for 1k cost me 26k to buy those shares,,, it was enough to buy me some beers to drown my sorrows,,, if da gee has been positive on this monkey company that's his right,, it's not his fault for this abomination,,it's the BOD sucking this company dry.. We each have our own due diligence to do before buying shares and should not rely on others comments..please turn the lights out as you leave,,,,,,,,,,,BOD shame on you,,, you have duped and broken many good honest hard working people,,,dreams and trust have been shattered,,, arseh.les :(
Wow,,, crashing through the floor,,, there is still the court case with NRG to consider..Last one out please turn off the lights :(
Did you read today's rns "Cost cutting measures" Shutting In puka site.... How can closing in the only revenue this company has be a cost cutting measure? What a complete bunch of muppets Losses Losses Losses
I've never worked on a rig with a per foot rate Standard charges $70-120,000.00 per day
let it go If you were to buy half of this company You still have no income Monies would need to be found to drill more wells on top of your purchase I work in the drilling industry and understand how hard it is to develop a field For another party to buy into this entails not only the purchase price but also further funding to drill more wells Please do some serious research before you get excited about possible take over bids etc Things are not as black and white as you think
Puka 1&2 were producing 110 bbls Puka 1 is out so only puka 2 is capable of producing without major expense I find it a bit hard to agree with your 2,000,000.00 return Please explain how you get this number Cheers
So if I was to buy this company At maybe 1.3p I would have to put or find $10,000,000.00 To drill another well What's the incentive for any investor to buy this company ?
Nice post shake,,,,snap
I respect your point as well... Would be hard to assume an asset value,, only have one capable well of which kea would maybe be entitled to 40bbls on a good day,, can't trust perceived total volumes of well,, can't trust 2d or 3d surveys,,,puka 1 has ongoing issues,, licenses have expiry dates,, even closed in wells have maintenance costs,, plus office space, even in a back room,, plus director costs,,, reporting etc,,, current plumbing, valves, even monitoring have large costs,,,, if they had not squandered the cashflow on directors massive salaries and put it into physical drilling things may have been different,,, but as they are I value this company without a massive cash injection at a loss
60bbl a day is nothing Maintenance etc I charge 1.4k per day for my services as a rig service,, your not going to get an investor to babysit this company with a BOD for less than they can pump. The licenses they hold are worth nothing with poor data to back them up,, company assets are only puka 2 (60bbls per day max) and some plumbing,,
Even with puka back online will still be minimal monies,,, they stated still issues with puka 1 so only puka would produce maybe 60 bbls per day max ,,, minus 30% ,,,,,,, do the math,,,, You hit my battleship,,, game over M smith read shakes last post I guess your new to shares ,,, dyor
Have a look at the 5 year chart Oil prices massive still no good Sad :(
I hope the company changes its current path for the benefit of all who are still in The BOD are all still being paid,, all running expenses still need to be paid,, maintenance and upkeep of plant needs to be paid for. BOTH wells are shut in No Money No Honey Good luck all
Get out while you can I sold a few weeks ago for about $1k Cost me nearly $30k for my shares Was in for a couple years and seen this company go down the s;;thole The BOD are just pathetic Communication of ten lines every couple of months is disgusting Investors deserve more than this This company had a share price of 29p a few years ago and the useless board have whittled this away to 0.0012p in old money prior to 10/1 consolidation Both wells are shut in so no income BOD are paying themselves huge fees,,,up to NZ$45,000.00 per month Works out combined to about $6000,00 per word on the occasional RNS that they can be bothered to write I am gutted in the performance of this wasted opportunity Somebody needs to be accountable for this gluttony that has ruined many people's lives I feel for my fellow investors and wish all of you remaining the very best But it will not come with or from kea with this current management Good luck all
Just sold my shares a couple weeks ago I lost $30k+ Sold them for 1.3p after consolidation How can the directors of this company charge you good folk NZ$45,000.00 per month for their fees per director ? They have only issued 3 RNS in months Communication is disgusting for the salary they command No current production This company really is a joke The BOD needs to be held to account I am livid with the management of this operation I feel sorry for those stuck in this And sad for those who suffered massive losses All while the BOD write a few lines every other month to try and justify their massive salaries Good luck to all I wish you the best
Yip Can share most sentiments I have over 30k invested Is now worth less than $1k Might phone kea tomorrow and ask in person Any ideas on how best to proceed ?
I can't beleive how gutted I am with this rubbish company People here have LOST THEIR DREAMS And the useless BOD could not care less as long as they still get paid their retainer
