You are getting this off level 2 I presume?? If your friend bought some shares it would show as a sell because they have just sold to your friend....... you understand how it works now??

Well it would show as a sell, because they just sold to you , when looking at L2 buys mean sells and sells mean buy to us private investors

If you are looking at level two then it will show your buy as a sell because it is a sell to them , as in they just sold to you!!, buys mean sell and sells me buys to us,
