If they had found what they were expecting the least they could have said was hydrocarbon charge in line with expectations in no way could that be misleading. The fact that they said absolutely nothing to qualify the statement worries me and some might assume they are not happy with what they have found. Game still on though for sidetrack but lets not kid ourselves on that the wording of the RNS was good.

I personally think talking up the cadbey prospect was ill judged and bad management of expectations they should have advertised it simply as a noted but low cos possibility emphasising that KA was what the propect was about. Result a short term hit of 25% of the sp as s result of a very low cos prospect.

I accept that you are technically correct but in the end if they do NOT hit gas or oil based on what they know from the previous drilling there will be a lot of questions to ask. I agree there arenever any guarantees in this game. In the end they either achieve commercial gas and/or oil flows or they don't but I personally believe a duster is very unlikely based on previous results and their knowledge. Just imo

The one thing that's guaranteed is it is not a duster we know there is gas and oil it might not flow at commercial rates. However if you want to deramp you have got to get the duster word in as many posts as possible its the word that generates more fear. I have another good work pr***

Although the tone of my last post may have seemed overly negative I remain invested and in terms of the possibility of a commercial gas find I do not recall a better prospect in recent years. I recommend folks should take the time to read the previous RNSs ref when the flow test was suspended due to the 45 m oil column find. I am just under no illusions that its still a gamble as reflected in the SP
