What is meant in the statement? Does it mean going AIM listed?
'Proposed transfer of listing segment from premium to standard on the London Stock Exchange'
'The board of Aminex ("the Board") intends to transfer the listing segment of the Company's ordinary shares from the main market of the London Stock Exchange to a Standard listing as it believes that the additional regulatory requirements imposed by maintaining the current Premium listing is no longer in the best interests of the Company. The purpose of the transfer is to provide greater flexibility to the Company to undertake transactions and it will also allow the Company to reduce the associated costs with being Premium listed.'
Popped a few more in the ISA today. He who dares and all that. Not an awful lot has changed in my view apart from level of confidence. Corner stone investors are still in place and the BOD still have skin in the game. Waiting on the TZ government - as simple as that. Not sure how KW-1 is tied up in it all but it obviously is. We deserve to know what the crack is there.
So a factual RNS that moves the farm out finalisation out by 4 months. Nothing we didn’t already expect due to the TZ governments slow considerations. I think the SP will wobble around a while unless they drop another factual RNS with news on KN-1. Sounds like they are on the ground out there, any guesses / indications on KN news.
Some Tanz more pen being put to paper, unfortunately not in our sector. Kihansi & Kidatu Dams are some of the current sources of power, hopefully not enough!
Grabbed a few more today, must be mad but things have got to move soon (imminently). Can't find much to justify today's dropped apart from a new mouth to feed. Hopefully have something to feed it with soon. .
Hard to tell if the RNS (smoke signal) sent out today has helped or hindered the SP. It appears that the remediation work promised is ongoing and is now entering the 'test and analysis' phase. Maybe this is a timeline that has been kept. No word on how long the testing and analysing will take, further news soon? What have they got to test.....errr is there gas?......errr yes......will it flow economically......and so on. Anyone have any ideas on this?
