This is a risk reward share bud, news was expected before now so of course that can unnerve unreasearched or scared PI's. I keep reading back the RNS to keep the faith, this has been worked upon since November last year and was delayed due to extensive DD as per the RNS. This was stated as nearing completion 5 weeks ago. Their partners are Canadian so I can imagine a lot of transatlantic travelling or correspondence at least to get the initial order over the line. The BOD are optimistic of securing this and getting the mechanics right now could pave future orders. Ie get it right now so the standards are set. You can only hold in good faith and believe in Ivan Couchman. This has huge multibagger potential but no one knows exactly when this will be finalised. Hopefully our patience will be rewarded.
Thanks cpph great find. Hopefully there's more to this placing than meets the eye then.
I'd expect small dilution but as it's at current share price it doesn't worry me. The fact they're actively fundraising means something must be close or why would they dilute without reason? Hopefully it's very close now.
Good posts peeps, I think the reason for the lack of volatility is because it went beyond the excitement point. IE if a RNS was released on the up-shift in momentum then it would have continued. Unfortunately this was late last week after the conversion, we now do need this RNS to get this going again. Once it does i'm convinced that 50% will be covered and passed very quickly, especially if other contracts are hinted at in the "300k RNS".
Morning to you too terrafin, that's the million dollar question isn't it? If everyone knew then the SP would inflate before news hits, I guess that's part of the plan to avoid "buy on rumour, sell on news". Just launch it into the market without warning catch everyone off guard who's not already invested. We certainly know nothing is priced in at this level. I've read that 2nd Feb RNS over a few times and there's nothing to me indicate that there's bad news ahead. They're even waiting to fill in their clients list on their official website. "Text added soon" I think was the phrase used. I can't see it going on beyond this week or next week, if DD was nearing completion 5 weeks ago something must be on the table by now?
Are definitely testing PI's resolve aren't they? Amazing though how one RNS can change everything for the better, I just hope the wait is followed by a proportionate reward for the patience. Only time will tell. Keep the faith.
Definitely, there's so much upside and just one RNS confirming the 300k is in the bank and this will rerate back to previous levels as before, possibly even higher as will be 300k in the bank rather than just a promise of 300k. Hopefully too that orders will quickly follow as the groundwork is being laid down now, we know news is coming and I can see why there's no mass influx yet as no one knows exactly when it's coming, but when it does.... Of course it's a gamble but I'm glad I'm in rather than out, especially as most RNS come within hours. Any time now :)
Well we can only hope, after numerous conversions to provide working capital to finalise these deals, hopefully they can now be fulfilled. Hopefully they'll have lined up more than just the one 300k deal and that others will follow same time or shortly after. We deserve good news after our patience and I'm sure Ivan will deliver for us. Bring on this trading week.
Thought so, yes it was no small amount of money even at this price. Money speaks louder than words and hopefully this amount invested will inspire confidence and bring some bzm profits over here ahead of the weekend.
What caused that reaction? The 4.5 million buy?
I agree with everything you said, still I don't believe you'd put your head on the chopping block unless you were certain it was going to complete especially someone with a proven track record. Formalities sadly take time especially possible with trans-Atlantic relationships. I'm holding firm too.
Definitely, there is some huge upside potential here. Anywhere from 5 to 10 bags IMHO in the short to medium term. I really do think that the statement from Ivan is key here. "We are working closely with our partners in Canada and, whilst we are disappointed that there has been delay in completing the initial orders, we are optimistic that defining the mechanics of these orders will pave the way for further orders in the near future." Get it right in the first place (which is what they're doing with the due diligence) get the hard work done now to get the mechanics right now and hopefully should men orders will follow quickly thereafter. I do feel the risk/reward ratio is good here, just sit tight and wait.
It looks like a correction but why at 0.2p? Hint of something happening or just a mis-recording?
Yes that's a good theory. Let's see what happens throughout the day and if any delayed trades come through out of hours. It does feel like something is brewing.
Is this an attempt by MM's to tempt people into selling? If so why would they want more shares to sell? New on the way??
Great psychological boost to be past the 0.0Xp stage, come on Ivan confirm this 300k and established financial model for future orders :)
Great words of caution there Miller, hopefully something major will come before the end of q1 but I guess we need to just sit back and wait. I'm sure it'll be worth it though.
Sorry for the duplication's; bad internet connection. Admin can you delete the surplus please. Kind Regards
DrJenner, if you're no longer invested here why do you keep knocking the company? Re-entry at a lower price or "doing us a favour" by reminding us of the situation? Why convert to dilute without reason? Makes no sense unless it was part of a bigger picture. Yes temporary dilution comes with the territory, doesn't matter if the expected contracts come through though.
