On a commercial contract a FM cannot be implied at a later date, it has to be written into the contract from the start.

Written in the clause, there would usually be an accepted timeframe.

After the agreed timeframe either party can give notice for termination of force majeure/ contract.

The bondholders must know they have a good chance of increasing the flow!

US market will love this and will take it to the next level.

There was only 1500 trades yesterday and the last big drop there was 5000 trades.

Looks like the drop was over egged.

Obviously placing churn has been worked through.

Nice spread too, the drop was way overdone also there's far less trades today and the shareprice is recovering nicely.
