Agree it's a thin float they have, and someone loading up off market doesn't effect the price, as a broker is matching a seller with a buyer not involving what's happening here.

Large position being taken over the last two-weeks, visible for one-week.

Estimate 60% - 90% completed.

If the broker cannot match trades they'll buy off the open market, if so expect a decent spike.

I think someone is building 5%+ stake off market currently....

There might be another TR-1 holder next week

Scaremongering IMO, there's certain conditions associated with the £2m which suggests it's a backup option.

The £500k bridging loan being cleared , combined with director buying is quite bullish.

So we have 3 directors buying into known selling pressure from the ATM facility...

It's the £500k loan being repaid, which means RTO news imminent....

The ATM facility had 2.5m shares to offload, the market maker suspected of doing it had moved off the ask.

I beg to differ , I am monitoring the tape, there's up to 4 medium size buyers accumulating, and possibly a 3% to 4% holder.

ATM Shares have all been churned through.

Follow the money, two directors buying at this range on an RTO transaction is a strong indication to buy!!!

Unless something thst would cause a delay happens, it will be April IMO Director buying was a key signal to where they are in the process.

Means it's in the pre-announcement window.. in RTO situations these are very short, also he would have needed formal clearance to deal.
