BucklerFern - I think its a fair point. The first thing an Active Fund Potential Interest would ask is why have some of your management not been issued P45s. Customer service is excellent to the customers that use the bank. However how many are genuine share holders that are on this board with a lot of money invested...… I don't know but their will be some and service in that regard from the BOD has been appalling, At the moment its Bad News followed by Bad News which the press and the shorters are treating like caviar. No one is managing this unlike Burford. Big V needs start future proofing is as at the moment its about image and so far its not positive. Since the mis accounting nothing has really been done to tangibly deal with major issues. We are at the stage of approaching a rescue situation IMHO. Brian Clough and Sir Alex Ferguson should have been on the board. My worse investment ever.

Ammu - In all fairness at least they have tried to either mitigate or futureproof the downgrade with heir comments. Much better than just posting the RNS with the down grade. We know how laconic the company can be.

Maverick - I liked your comments. You are correct about the TO rumours and that were circulated by the press/media. My question is why wait for an RNS announcement. Takeover rumours alone are sometimes enough for a SP increase on their own Or do you think with the other bad press it kept the price down until the RNS was announced ?

Really sorry to hear that I have made a loss also and it was my first and I've taken it bad but have accepted it. Whilst I will remember the loss as a learning lesson what I will remember more is the lack of interest from the BOD even more at a time of urgent intervention.

Good management in bad business is better than bad management in good business . We know which one applies here. May be the Telegraph article will prompt a RNS that's if Vernon buys it !

No doubt this article wont help tomorrow. Even the suggestion of a buyer in the FT today did not shore or steady the price.

Fair play ! You win some and loose sum. I am worried as well. The share price pattern is becoming familiar starting of strong then tanking down lower than what it started as.

If you need the "current market conditions" explaining then you shouldnt be anywhere near investing
Maybe you should explain that to Vernon clearly he tested the market conditions at shareholders risk.

Everyone is guessing about the bond situation and who did what. The point is it failed for a number of reasons which has not been explained by the BOD.
