A copy of my email to Sefton
'Good afternoon at Sefton Resources.
On the 22nd. July this year you published a report that stated that after the verdict was reached in the Ellerton case you would pursue Ellerton until all monies had been paid.
Could I ask for an update on the situation and if any money has been received.'
On the 7th. November last year I sent an email to Dan Levi asking him for an up to date on the situation with Sefton. His answer is shown below. It appears that he has now sorted out the claims.
'There is a lien on one of his properties in Hawaii and we have a stop on all of his shareholdings which are the subject of investigation.'
Daniel Levi (CEO)
At last. After a long, long wait we appear to have some movement.
Will the MM's react in a positive way with this RNS?
I like this bit
'The project is expected to generate $3m of revenue over the next 12 months,'
what's a couple of million shares between friends?
When you have so many it takes ages to count them one by one :-))
I like this bit from the RNS.
I think it is important to reiterate that the entire project is fully funded, this includes a management fee for Keras which will cover overheads and salaries."
email now sent to MAGP
I wonder if they will reply?
Thanks for your email Eric – MAGP’s admission to trading on AIM was cancelled on 2 July and accordingly we no longer act as Nominated Adviser to them so are unable to comment on the current situation. It would be best if you contacted the company directly.

Reply from Frank.
Thank you for the email.
St Brides no longer works with Magnolia Petroleum. May I suggest you get in touch with Cairn who act/acted as Magnolia’s Nomad. Hopefully they will be able to provide you with an update. You will be able to find their contact details at the end of Magnolia’s recent press releases.
Sorry I can’t help any further.
k ind regards

Hi GD7 from your posts on the other channel. I thought that your information should be made known to the rest of the maggots.
' Rita has left MAGP'
what comes next.
Do the BOD know something that we don't know?
issue 27mill shares to Director now and results of drilling and testing to follow. :-))
Morning maggots (if we have any left)
Spoke to my broker this morning and explained the situation and the only suggestion he could make was to hang onto the shares and sees what developes with MAGP.
The value of my shares won't buy me a bag of chips from the local chippy.
I do feel for the Pis who had bought millions of these and filled their ISAs :-((
How much does it cost to buy a bulldozer?
New Bulldozer Average Costs. Bulldozers are expensive pieces of equipment, so it's easy to experience a little sticker shock. Prices begin at around $30,000 and range up to $200,000 or more. The most commonly purchased models (with 110 to 130 hp) usually cost $75,000 to $175,000.
Morning maggots or what is left of us.
Robsky I have posted a message on A2 site.
I kept hold of my shares but find it strange that £180k was spent on buying shares in MAGP on the last day of trading. Anyone with any ideas?
Why are we sending out a mayday.
Several years ago I bought shares in MAGP and kept hold of these shares. I own a smalll fraction of MAGP.
A few weeks ago we were informed that MAGP was to delist from AIM.
As I see it MAGP has not gone into liquidation or bancruptcy but is still collecting revenues from sales of oil and other assets. The bank , as far as we know it will be paid off and the company will carry on trading.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK. This company is in effect stealing my and your money because of some devious means,
They were very glad of our money in the past seven years and have now told us to F off and we are not going to get a penny of it.
There must be a way of stopping this before all assests are sold and the money pocketed by the BOD.
bod
Check out the 'buys' since two o'clock. What is going on?
What are the chances that Maggie will register with 'Crest' and carry out trading with them.?
If in a couple of days our shares become worthless why are people still buying???
Thanks knicol46.
I have seen these messages before on other boards but ignored them at the time.
