One or two holders may be a little upset this morning with the RNS but check out the trades. A few nice chunky buys. Seems there are a few buyers who are happy with the RNS.
Isn't this what Magnolia has been diong for the past five years with the bigger Companies. ie paying only a fraction of the drilling costs?
How much is Maggies share of the costs? 10% 20% 30% ??

AND I like this bit as well. A pilot programme in which Magnolia invested US$500,000 on behalf of WED into qualifying oil and gas properties in Oklahoma, generated US$75,500 in value for Magnolia in terms of lease bonus and the carried interest for 25% in the first well within each spacing unit; plus an additional US$127,982 uplift in the PV9 value of Magnolia’s reserves. To date, the pilot programme has generated a rate of return of 100% and a return on investment of 3.26 times.
I like this bit :-)) Western Energy Development LLC CEO, Greg Neher said, “We expect today’s US$500,000 investment will be the first of many and we look forward to working closely with the Magnolia team with a view to replicating the success of the pilot programme on a much larger scale.

Hi stisbury. Well done for sending an email to Rita and the fact that she replied so promptly, to me, shows that she will 'come up with the goods'. I think that we will be given some positive news shortly and on the back of oil price increases should be good sign for the future. The NTOG affair did not help and as she points out dealing with Government depts. are a nightmare and I speak from experience. I am still confident that my investment will pay dividends.
Just found this little gem of an article, giving us long and strong investors an idea of how the minds and tactics of the MM's work. if you can't be bothered to read it all...the end quote is: "This inherent power of position enables the MMs to move the markets at any time up or down. As a result, the only way to draw them out of their favorable position is going long. Now this does not mean just any company but to effectively nail the MMs, Longs must find the great company on the floor and accumulate long before the MM tactics and games begin." https://www.reddit.com/r/weedstocks/comments/1xydch/market_maker_speaks_out_ways_of_a_market_maker
NTOG today. Maggie tomorrow? :-))
NTOG are having a busy day today
About four years ago several pi's including me who were into MAGP wrote to our MP's pointing out the problem with 'red and blue' buy or sell showing with the trades. I did get a reply from my MP who told me he had passed it on to the FSA and later I got a letter from the FSA telling me that after checking my complaint they did not see any problems with the system. If a trade was above the average then it was a buy and vice-versa. In other words we were told to bog off cos they were not about to change anything.
Just noticed the trading pattern so far today and see that several odd ball quantities are repeating themselves and showing as sells. It seems a little odd and not seen a similar pattern in five years of investing. Anyone care to post an opinion? :-))

Good morning maggots and you too Mr. English. I see that you have a new friend. LOL :-))
Operation update due out mid January (if Rita follows last years update) and it should be very interesting. She has rather a lot to tell us and hopefully all good.
