Firering Strategic Minerals: From explorer to producer. Watch the video here.
Good morning maggots, Whilst SOS is trying to copy J R Ewing from Dallas don't forget we have the 'final' results due in the next few days :)) They should be interesting.
These two possible replacements must have seen something promising in Maggie for them to agree to join the company. Their credentials look very interesting and no doubt they are astute business people. I suggest that with their expertise they would not want to join a failing company.and must see a very good future for MAGP.
Having skimmed through the CV's it would appear that these guys can only be good for Maggie. If they produce the results and no doubt SOS will have chosen these two with care then it can only be good for us shareholders.
will be the cost to Maggie of employing these guys. Probably a bit more than Rita was drawing.
Another question we should be asking is how will this action by SOS affect our relationship with the other companies with whom we are in joint drilling ventures and will they continue to offer similar deals?
'That in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 of the Articles of Association of the Company and section 168 of the Companies Act 2006 Rita Fern Whittington be removed from office as a director of the Company immediatel' Has anyone asked why SOS has taken this action? Iv'e been reading the posts of Pi's who say they are backing Rita and my reaction was the same. But, I would like to know what caused the bust up in the first place and is Rita a better bet than SOS
Hi GD7 are you there? Check out the results on the price of oil as Qatar is given the big elbow by it's neighbours.
Hi L1, what's your line of thinking when you suggest that it could be to replace Rita
Has it anything to do with NTOG?
Magnolia Petroleum Plc (?Magnolia? or ?the Company?) Notice of Requisition of General Meeting Magnolia Petroleum plc, the AIM quoted US focused oil and gas exploration and production company, announces that it has received a requisition notice for a general meeting to consider resolutions in respect of directorate changes. The Company is currently seeking the advice of its legal advisers as to the validity of this requisition and will update the market in due course.
Magnolia Petroleum Plc Notice of Requisition of General Meeting
Rita doesn't mention NTOG
Last year the 'Final Results' were posted on 27th. June. Will we see this years report any earlier? My guess if Rita wants to keep the ball rolling on the back of the last couple of RNS's she will release the figures asap. That's provided they're good. Be interesting to see if she responds to GD7 email re NTOG and the answers she gives.
Rita comes over as very positive and upbeat and does know where she is going. No mention of SOS. I am a lot happier now I have heard this broadcast.
Should have said posted Friday not yesterday.
The RNS posted yesterday on NTOG regarding MAGP has been removed.
Rita does it again. Very clever. 'Intention to farm-out a portion of its interest in the wells to a third party which may result in Magnolia having a free- carry on a reduced interest in each well'
Superb. Rita does it again.
Has SOS got financial problems with his other businesses? Does he need cash in a hurry? After five years striving to produce a profitable company in Oil E & P I somehow can't see him giving his shares away without some serious reasons. I was under the impression that SOS was a wealthy man.
No information given to NTOG holders yet.
