It seems the logical way for this to progress although that's my opinion and I'm no expert/trader etc etc.

Holders invest more and see project progress and slowly buold a large stake circa 20-25% for around the 100-150 million mark.
As soon as they invest there investment doubles and they are happy.
Nick looks relaxed and to me steering the ship in the right direction.

Those figure are for the 2019 budget.

Also looks like a raising is due by the end of year.
Presentation says 105m but 77m in the graphics and 60m in the bank.
Assuming we are half way through the year and looking to spend 30-50m more the pot for 2020 looks light.
