Also you need to look at the position of passed recruitment within the company to fully understand what needs to happen going forward. Bt had a policy of recruiting ever 4 or five years and sometimes longer and then would bring in loads then almost nothing till the next time . So lots of people retire around the same time because of the nature of passed recruitment. That is a fact .
I am fully aware of what the union say but facts are facts and what i have said is that. They have recruited over the last few years more than any most companies and of all different age groups and not all on lower wages but structured different to the past. Ask those that work for the company and it's not all 18 to 20 year olds but across all age groups.
You could say that with nearly very company in the world for God sake. And that is absolutely rubbish as they have no choice as you can't just sack people or get shot of them because they are getting old . They have retrained thousands of people as new technology sweeps in , but hey don't ask me ask those that work for them. They have actually taken on more and by the way and not just young but across all age groups and disabilities included. Stop talkin rubbish.
Yes,sack the experienced and then take on spotty teenagers who haven't a clue at min wage.
You mean taken on young men and women that need jobs as the older generation that are retiring and need replacing. Take a look how many have been taken on over the last 3 or 4 years and it's into the thousands.
Of course BT will be affected by all of this as will almost every other company in the world. Some will leave BT if the service is not good for them and others will join BT for same reason. BT will work around what is happening and come out the other side ok . The workforce is good at what they do and always have been and will always do the best they can in difficult times for customers.
Still making money if price drops below 20 dollars a barrel and no debt. Fingers crossed another well coming online in the next week or so. Come on Casp.
So you slaughter the company day in day out yet claim to have got in at 80p but wish for 68p . Am I missing something here. You brag about being a pro and let people know you made a few pence the other day and enjoy watching people having a hard time at this moment.
No sir your just another investor dreaming he has made it when in all reality you've lost most of your money and that shows in your posts. A desperate individual craving for a bit of attention because you fail to get in anywhere else is how you come across. You lied about the 80p buy in because you knew it would draw attention to the post and thick skinned enough not care you lied, but it served a purpose hey. Got to laugh all when he comes out with I'm a pro and made £375.00 today.
