that's why the management pivoted away to other metals.

As for the floor price NdPr, RBW has created a game changing separation process that allow it to achieve the $110/kg plus 20% more for the SEG+ group.

Altona on the other hand , cannot separate and so will be selling MREC $4.5/kg.

Not that there is any customers for MREC.

Or any chance Altona will build a REE mine.

Its their main, only, asset and they recorded the bridge debt conversion on that and everything else but... not a $268m loan?

How is the loan structured? Doesn't that change the asset value? Why is Saltend "in development" but not Longonjo?

If you read it you will see the accounts are to 30th June 2025. The $25m drawdown was announced on 15 May 2025.

This is not recorded on the accounts as cash or liability. The conversion of the 15m debt to equity that occurred at the same time, is reported.

Couldn't afford to renew the planning permission but didn't write off the 4 5m "asset under development" in Saltend.

Planning permission for Saltend has been allowed to lapse.

Another obvious use case is shift the price just before a bigger trade.

If you wanted to signal to other market participants you would use orders not executions, as they are invisible, cost nothing and can have time as a signal element.

These executed orders could be a accidentally filled orders. something to move the market makers prices as (spoof) orders and executions will have that effect.

The purpose? Look at the share price.
