Can someone please enlighten me about rights issue? So I am looking at the price my broker has offered me and it is £2.27 per right if I was to sell. How come some people can sell their rights for £2.55/£2.42 I don’t understand all the differences in what u can sell at?

How on earth did you manage to sell them for 340? I smell a bit of porkies mate.

Hi quick question . My broker has issued me my rights come through today. If I sold my original shares now betore doing anything with my rights will I lose my rights ? I don’t think I would but just checking before. Much appreciated for answer

Yeah exactly so if I sold this coming Monday I would have qualified and the price right now is much higher than the predicted price once rights are issued. I don’t see why people wouldn’t do that, clearly there is a reason but I do not know that reason. Could someone enlighten me

If I sold my holding first thing Monday morning would I still be eligible for the new shares?

Surely everyone would sell their original holiding for £3.80 and buy the new shares rather than wait for the price to drop to £3.06 ( as predicted)

Hi all, can someone first explain what the phrase TERP means. I’m quite new to this game not sure about all this terminology.

I hold 820 shares with Tui @ average of £3.50. What would be best for me today I work out I would be eligible for around 700 shares at the rights issue what’s best for me to do and what would be best if my interests . Would really appreciate help with these questions . Thanks people

Not sure why there has been a massive over reaction about this. Yeah it’s a kick in the teeth but it’s hardly going to affect cine majorly. 75% of the big blockbusters in 2021 aren’t even Warner movies. The Warner movies going to stream will also be in cinema so people will still want to watch in cinema as oppose to their home. It’s not amazing news but not terrible scenario changing news either! Wake up people this share is still massively undervalued at 75p! DYOR

Just reading over the RNS again and I can somehow not believe the share price is sat at 55p. This RNS has confirmed all 3 things in one that was the only doubts Cineworld had. Further liquidity to remain fully operational and no issue now of any bankruptcy or rights issue. Debt waivers til 2022 yes 2022 which is took the back seat but is amazing news. How the hell this share price spiked more on the news of a vaccine than this news today is beyond me. Let’s hope people start to see the potential in this now. With the line up of 2021 Cineworld can easily double revenue of 2019 in 2021. It is very confusing this share price. GLA

Hi all , very nice to see this board finally rid of all the nonsense writers etc and living a good steady and solid rise as oppose to the huge swings. Ted is a good global brand I believe and always has been I never knew why or how it hit such lows of 55p at one point. Looking to the future I’m not as heavily invested here as other stocks I am in however still hold a nice 4,250 shares @ average of £1.30 due to the fact my first batch was bought at around £2.50 pre COVID! Be nice to here the thoughts of fellow investors looking towards the future realistically medium term around the next 2/3 years what heights do you all think this share can reach.? Is 500p to optimistic or is it acheivable?
