A very large portion of shares are already tied up with insiders and institutions so there is limited share availability. With massively expanding revenues demand will also grow. This recipe of strong demand and limited availability makes for a wonderful recipe for continued rapid share price growth.

It’s a genius move. It will greatly speed up the approval process, save 3rd party costs, boost revenue and the company they are acquiring makes a profit!

With reference to the company being excited about producing 100% bio based super absorbent paints, using this type of technology to help control climate has been all over the news recently.

These were my takeaway points from the podcast:
- Explosive growth in 2020
- wider user and adoption in core markets to grow very attractive growth
- 1/3 of shares held with US investors
- sustainable materials company attractive to US investors
- The “return that we can offer to the OTC market investor is oustanding”
This last quote really got me excited!

I made another top up yesterday afternoon around 4pm. It went through fine but hasn’t appeared in the list of Share Trades

A year ago everything was severely disrupted by Covid but there was still a trading updated contained within the 5th May RNS.

Ah thanks AJP. Would make sense as I think their trading update will be out next week.

What I liked about their RNS is how detailed they are unlike other similar companies I will not name! Always a good sign when a company is so open and informative.

Will be interesting to see the market reaction to the interview tomorrow and the upcoming trading update.

This increase in target and recent RNS’s have finally made me take the plunge and invest here. 14.9p probably not a great entry point but if it gets anywhere the broker target that’s still going to be a cracking return!

I think you are right about positive news coming. Trading update also due soon. Just made my third buy of the day. Buying whilst it’s still possible to get in under $10

Thanks Chilting. In their presentation last year it sounded like they had capacity up to at least $15m but didn’t know how flexible this was.

If that’s the case they must surely be looking at scaling up operations soon. Which begs the question how are they likely to do this? e.g. capital raise, joint venture etc. I’m still a newbie in ITX so would welcome some longer term investors thoughts

So revenue was $3.29m in 2020 and is forecast to get to $75m within 7 years (though there is a potential market of $335m just with existing ingredients). Existing production capacity will enable growth to at least $15m. At the current rate of growth I calculate ITX will be at $15m around the end of 2022 / early 2023. Any thoughts on the options to expand capacity and how the company might go about this?

Ouch buy price was 8.95 eventually went through at 9.50 after 25 minutes wait. Clearly a lot of buy orders on the queue!

Placed a buy order on opening to double my holding and still waiting for it to go through after 20 minutes!
