Travia is just a full of BS Aussie, talked only a reasonable game at best and delivered nothing. Jumped ship, has probably ceased funding and who knows what this monkey is up to. Call design are worthless to all intended opposed in the own right. Given his track record, a listing with call design will be meaningless, i.e it won't attract investment.
as was mine deleted rather quickly.
AIM is a joke. I personally will never invest in stocks again. This has been a shambles for way too long now. How it got to 19p in the first place is beyond me. I checked into those entities who apparently purchased shares at 9.3p, but that seemingly are not prepared to top up at 3/4p, and they are just shell companies, meaningless entities. So you have to wonder what on Earth is going on here...
Yes, once again we are left hanging as to whether this 125k has been drawn down. It's pretty ridiculous.
I see absolutely no purpose to that linked in part whatsoever. One like, no comments, nothing interesting, nothing new. An update on sales is what people want.
What a horrendous purchase this was for me. I'm struggling to see how they can burn 200k over 4-6 weeks without getting sales. It will be interesting to see the next update as I would be surprised if MT continued to throw cash at it, if they weren't making good progress.
Seems like nobody is interested in buying these newly admitted shares.
In fairness, the sale of seats is likely going to be in one of the regions they have offices in, as this is where the sales take place. I have to say, its all very strange, but I guess time will tell, as always.
Igadget, how do you say 'before it's even created a demonstrable proof of concept'? Haven't they already sold a bunch of seats as per the RNS? Are you saying this is a lie? Did MT manage to persuade investors to buy in at 9.5p (twice the market rate) based on nothing? Please explain yourself. Granted, I don't like the constant change of board members and to be honest I'm not a fan of MT, but there definitely is a product, the question is whether they can sell it, which is yet to be determined. If they can this will jump up fast and with little notice.
Agreed. Ludicrous. In my mind it can only be sales or an 'intent to purchase' notice that could convince people to buy in at 9p when the market allows you yo buy in at 5p. If his shares had gone up for sale in the open market after resigning, the entire SP would have collapsed. With such small volume available to the open market, and given the purchases, this share should be sitting at 9p, as thats the baseline (apparently). Who are these entities that have purchased shares in any event, has anyone done some digging? Do they actually have anything to contribute to the company?
It still makes no sense to me as to why the SP is not at 9p and the incoming investors aren't taking advantage of apparently low priced shares to increase their stake in the company at a 40% discount. Can anyone explain this to me?
I’m confused as to why this isn’t at 9p today. Why haven’t new incoming shareholders/ investors topped up to increase their shareholding’s at a huge discount to what they just paid? Still things aren’t making sense...
Can you copy and paste the contents into here?
Just more smoke and mirrors.....
but its total BS right, as he hasn't left, he's now managing Call Design, so he hasn't left at all. If you leave work due to personal circumstances then you leave, you don't move over to the company you probably just paid too much for using shareholders funds instead of your own. What a total joke. I hate that I have a stake in this company now.
Let's try to break this down logically. Clearly MT is still involved as at the same time as publishing this, he makes a Chairmans statement regarding Call Design. If he was leaving altogether this wouldn't make any sense whatsoever. Further, usually a reason is given as to why someone is leaving, granted it usually just states personal reasons of some kind, but at least one is provided. That hasn't happened here. It is very strange to make an RNS like this without qualifying it, so I can only assume its for a reason. Whether the reason is good or bad will play out in due course, however in the interim BOS is still entitled to draw down as per the note and thus is business as usual. The listing on the Australian stock exchange must surely coincide with BOS and planned activities for both companies. If MT has gone across to Call Design full time, I don't see a reason why he could not remain as a non exec or at least in some capacity with BOS. It is pretty ridiculous given he owns most of the company, so will be pulling the strings anyway. Therefore it has to be something to do with rules and regulations. Maybe he wants to top up shares also, who knows. I hate that BOD's make these RNS's and keep everyone in the dark, its not transparent and in my view demonstrates why people have very little faith in stocks and shares.
ability not baility
Is there not some legal precedent regarding the baility to sell your shares in a company? How is it that nothing has still been set up? Its ridiculous.
RT will have to get approval from the FCA whether or not it is removed from AIM. He would be classed as a controller with anything above 20% which requires the necessary approval forms to be sent to the FCA and authorised.
Can't actually believe you people are defending the company's management. I'll be gone once trading opens. Keeping investing in these company's that clearly don't respect shareholders, I hope it works out for you.
