I wonder if Hugh, with his cheap AIM shares he bought recently, will have to navigate the complete mess the BOD have left the UK shareholders in?

It also begs the question why the BOD left it until just before xmas to announce the delisting when they must have had an idea long before now and why such the short timeline for UK shareholders to sort everything out with the information supplied by the BOD? Which was basically SFA.

I don’t understand how the transferr to ASX depository works with being in HL. How do we access the Tlou companies depository on ASX to trade?

If we can’t and we have to open a custodial that trades on ASX then surely this should have been mentioned? There's also no explanation about ISA’s and how they’ll work under ASX.

This is what should have been explained in the RNS IMO. It’s what UK Shareholders deserve, the one’s that have been invested in Tlou for many years supporting the company, contrary to TG’s take on the UK’s lack support.

That’s not going to be straight forward at all.

For all those UK shareholders that don’t have their custodian trading on ASX it’s going to be a nightmare. The. BOD having basically abandoned those shareholders to fend for themselves.

It stinks TB. Their arrogance and ignorance for those UK shareholders is breath taking and now some are cashing in on the turmoil by the looks of it IMO. Can’t imagine what new investors are thinking of this scenario?

It’s not a “major purchase” as being advertised on LSE this morning by any stretch of the imagination BOTS. I don’t know who comes up with these captions but i think purchase would have sufficed.

As I said earlier, it’s really not a good reflection on the BOD’s when they buying shares on AIM when they’ve crashed the share price.

If it was intended to reassure UK shareholders why didn’t Hugh buy at the higher price straight after the RNS? Why wait until it dropped another 20%?

Was the lack of information and instruction on delisting in the RNS laziness or intended?

Could be argued intended on Hugh’s purchase at the price he bought, IMO.

As for the new mining minister, my contact in the local tanning salon says it’ll be Bob the Builder.

I know they got legal obligations but does the BOD know how much legal advice costs?

Not an exact figure but just a normal solicitor is on £340 + vat an hour or part of a hour.Looking at £408 an hour.

If TG had just taken the time to explain the process properly I don’t think the share price would have dropped as bad as it did. LAZINESS Winn and an arrogant disregard for UK shareholders. it just looks like TG’s revenge for the “lack of backing” in the UK.

TG’s “seek legal advice” quote smacked of we can’t be bothered to explain to shareholders the process, sort it out yourselves. Very poor.

I like how BOTS has doubled down on his prediction on how the new government will take to get going.

Going from an initial “3 month” stagnation to a now “6 month” stagnation. So by my reckoning at this rate, come xmas, it’ll be a 5 year stagnation and new elections will be due.

I read that on doing some research that non residential status means you don’t pay tax but then in another site it says you do pay tax. I probably reading it wrong but I can never seem to find a straight answer on the internet nowadays. 👍👍

As far as I can make out to buy on ASX I lose about 20% in difference of price.

Then if you manage to make a profit it gets taxed in Aus and then probably with the new rules tomorrow it’ll get taxed again when you put it into your account leaving fook all. So like you said, just add it to SXX and move on.

Had to sell up this morning cos HL don’t do ASX and would have had to transfer shares to broker that did costing more money and time and if share price falls will lose money in transition phase.

Not showing my 1,155,000 sell at 08:50 but showing my other 245,000 sell. 🤔🤔🤔

I don’t know how a CEO like Fraser can say what he did without investigation Brad. He even sucked in a foreign bank for £250M, from Norway If I remember rightly. So if professional investors who invest for a living and obviously done their due diligence get caught out what chance does Fred from Whitby stand? A lot of people went bankrupt and have no pension now. Like you say, after all the incidents that have happened and the Bots government to contend with, it’s amazing we are not only still in business but hopefully close to producing electricity and that is down to one thing and one thing only. TG. I don’t think anybody else would have coped and managed the company as well as TG in the conditions he has had to endure.

I personally take my hat off to him. I’m sure donkey donks will put me right with one of his epic, trilogy txt explanations as to why I’m wrong. I can’t wait ………. 🥱🥱🥱😴😴😴
