RE: Completed my first transfer to ISA14 Mar 2025 12:05
Brad.
Unfortunately, with TG just abandoning UK shareholders with a single āseek legal adviceā instruction on delisting from AIM, there are some of us that do not have the knowledge to even begin to know where to start in the process of sorting out how to transfer onto ASX never mind the process of putting money into an ISA on ASX.
Obviously TG hasnāt sought financial legal advice in the UK lately but at about Ā£340 + VAT an hour it isnāt cheap. Did they take that into consideration?
The timeline TG gave UK shareholders to sort out the disaster of the delisting was atrocious imo.
The reason I sold is because the share price was crashing and with a choice of seeking legal advice at an astronomical cost to myself or watching my 1,400,000 shares disappear into an intergalactic black hole where I wouldnāt have had a clue if Iād lost them or who had them of how I get control of them back. Reading all the posters on here over the last few months I haven't understood any of the processās that you have all been posting.
Paper certificates, custodians of a custodian who is holding it for a custodian after you transfer your shares from your own broker to IG in a country no one has even heard of. Then the ISA debacle. You can, you canāt, you can, maybe, no, yes, no.
All this lies at TGās door. Not IGās. It was basically a f**k you UK, thanks for your money.
I do have a tremendous amount of respect for all of you that have managed to sort it out and I genuinely hope you all get what you deserve for your patience
and loyalty in this company. Iām out and staying out at a cost of Ā£40,000. Fed up of getting screwed over by Aussie CEOās.
