Hey barlow,
I didn't/don't think you'd managed to make that link with one of the BoD and the company that owned Brasil Americas..../the BoD member/Miriri Phosphate.
Use the following link, don't worry it's Harvest old ASX code, go to page 2 and open 'Becoming a Substantial Shareholder x 2' 16/07/2015 and look who signed the 603?
Coincidence, perhaps?

Here's another 'deListed Australia' takes you even further back:

Good LUCK (lol)
Seems there's many on that board that know your style, one sample from today on the BOO board:
--------------------------------------------------------------
'I see HMI is still tanking
Seems the poster "Smalley" that T4G tried to get everyone to hit the report button on has been more right than wrong over on that board with his/her predictions for those that listened as opposed to trying to silence day in day out.
--------------------
Seems you're just a figure of fun for many.
and I agree, HMI is still tanking.
Best keep hitting the 'hurty feelings' button, must help in some sort of way?
I do find it strange that you concentrate of the poster rather than any company issue, makes me think you're not really invested in these company's.
You should try Mr. Barnard, Room 12?
Good Look
I hope you guys are ready for the 10,000th epistle?
With yesterdays 40 notes of drivel my guess is the moment of passing will be some time between 12noon and 1 o'clock tomorrow.
Enjoy the moment, I wont be watching.
My take is this MD is deliberately trying to cause even more confusion with this sales reporting?
From the RNS 24th Jan 2023 this MD clearly stated:
'To eliminate this confusion, the Company will only report invoiced sales, as opposed to sales orders.'
That statement was further backed up with a comment in the IM that followed. The decision had been made to report invoiced only and to add to that, they wouldn't report delivered only orders.
So what did they do?
Today you got, invoiced sales, delivered sales and sales orders........even more confusion!
Q2/23 should be very entertaining to say the least!
Good Look
T4S,
T4S comment:
‘For context, my understanding is that we are probably changing around 300 reals so still massively below the cost of potash’
Response:
‘Per unit potassium oxide:
1 tonne KCL60-62 = 20 tonnes 'or Kamafugito'’
Do you know what KCL is and do you know what the 60-62 refers to?
Do you know what 'or Kamafugito' is?
Can you do sums? Brl$ 300 x 20 = Brl$ 6,000 or US$ 1,220.00
Do you know the price of KCL in Brasil - DYOR
Good Look
Did he say how many tonnes that price was based on, was it a bulk order, was it big bag......no, none of them, just the price!
So it could have been 1tonne in 1 big bag?
May be you should look to the Brl$ to AU$ exchange rate and ask does it really matter that much if they do reduce prices?
Good Look
Todays RNS of invoiced sales + orders only adds up to 20,315t , not quite the 22kt.
If you really want to know what this MD said about the 22kt then listen to the IM vid, starts at 13:20

Some figures stated posted here seem to think sales orders for Q1/22 were 30,161t, that's not the case.
Sales orders for Q1/22 were 70,200t - see RNS 30th March 2022.
Good Look
