No need for the gas/nitrogen carp, that's just twitter rubbish!
'Both phosphate and potash prices remain elevated (especially phosphate).'
So what?
That doesn't mean Kamafugito is cheaper than conventional fertilizers.
Jul 22 possibly, not now.
1t KCl60 + 2t Roch phosphate 70% Bpl (32% P2O5) = 20t kamfugito
Work it out!
Good Look
So Clot 1 was only referring to part of the building, maybe just the middle part, maybe the first bit to the east or even the last bit to the west or even ..........?LOL
Absolute b******s!
'I wonder if they have any idea how big a 6000 square metre shed is!'
'6000 square metres, not much smaller than a football pitch. That is some shed'
Good Look
Child,
1 - Is the CEO heavily invested in this company personally? Yes
You don't know that. Anyone who has followed the HMI Sig/directors list might just want a little more clarity on that one.
2 - Is Harvest Growing yoy? Yes
In the words of the MD Harvest sales are "normalising", that translates to - lower than the previous year.
3 - Is Harvest profitable and is the net profit growing? Yes
I've not seen any profit figures for 'Harvest', have you?
4 - Is Harvest cash rich? Yes
How do you quantify 'cash rich', receivables are not cash, debtors are not cash and regarding 'cash in bank' that was more than 4 months ago!
5 - How is Harvests debt looking? Hardly any
You don't know that. The Harvest shareholder only finds out about loans when the accounts are published and I doubt they will notify when an existing loan facilities has been terminated.
'100 year life span'?
Harvest have in the past stated '100year known resources' but how do they know that, and why are they currently carving out the hillside on the extents of both the Environmental Licence polygon and neighbouring farm?
Good Look
'the windfall', quite an appropriate term for that 'no-sale' transaction.
No surprise when market lost confidence in the product on a transaction that took place in December 2018? That's because the market knew!!!
But surely, or should I say let me remind you that Harvest have only recently openly admitted (RNS 14th February 2023) that Agrocerrado did not buy/could not sell the bulk of contract product. A contract that was RNSd as 36kt sales order and failed to mention it was 18kt minimum order.
How long will it be until Harvest provide similar commentary on the '50kt sales order' to an anonymous 'Brazilian based organic fertiliser producer' with contract terms '.. consistent with previously reported sales...'?
Good Look
And prices of real fertilisers continue to fall:

Good Look
Just checked the date on a number of platforms and it does seem today is 28th April 2023. That would make yesterday the 27th April 2023 by remarkable coincidence the very same date as the SP 52 week low shown on LSE.
4th attempt: Which shed are you referring to?
Good Look
I suggest you have a chat with the LSE regarding todays 52 week low, perhaps even report them.
Are you not going to tell which shed it is, or is this your second attempt to pass over the Q.
Got to go, will look in tomorrow,
Good Look
Gerson's not impressed, might be better to call it a Dutch barn.
