I feel logic and common sense will prevail! Nice to see others buying and believing too.

This is a needed business who didn’t keep up with changing regulations, fine them, pay compensation to a few guarantors, don’t destroy.

Can £5m be wrong, the market needs a lender like Amigo right now, this case doesn’t feel right to me. The punishment doesn’t fit the crime, this wasn’t miss selling or deception, it’s a case of AMIGO not treating adults like children as required in our nanny state!

Personally I’d like to see more sales and profits before giving away the family silver.

This is a competitive space right now and so much work is required. 24 month vesting period minimum, SP milestones too would get my vote. I also think they should have a few million shares less than suggested!

Biased, we have selected and believe this company will be successful due to market need, as such it should be profitable and hence be successful for those who invest, so yes we probably are.

However the compensation/SOA needs a reality check, this isn’t due to manipulation of any software emissions tricking you to buy this product over others. It wasn’t lying about the need to pay extra for unnecessary insurance.
We are talking about breaking policy that in no way charged extra or misled on fees. These policy checks are in place because people shouldn’t be trusted to handle their own financial outgoings, it seems, this is there to protect the minority from themselves, but now the CMC’s want to claim for the majority/all.

Let common sense prevail, let this business get back to providing a service, let’s see those truer claimants (Top up loan customers in my view) given some redress.

I can’t believe people are this short sighted. What a business, what a BoD, what a CEO.

March results are likely to be the best yet, BTC is extremely likely to be on a bull run given US inflation.

Selling now is simply depriving yourself of greater profit!

We stopped leading, hired extra people, processed and ever claiming number of claims. I believe the FCA will find Amigo did right and the FCA will be seen as doing its job throughly.

Whilst some will panic sell, this is the correct and robust process being played out.

It’s very frustrating, this is my worst stock on HL for doing this, why HL? There’s no need for it!

I feel constantly let down by HL but from reading the boards other brokers appear worse!
