UK&I gone through a restructuring process and there is more to come. They will exit certain markets and specialisms and consolidate down big time.

Whether they have anyone left to deliver is another question. 20+ senior leaders left UK business in last month alone. Troops below will and have followed.

If price of gold continues to rise, along with copper, we start to monetise O'Callaghans and keep on hitting the mark with exploration……then all bets are off and we have our own Greatland Space X … 💰

That will kill staffing numbers and experience in those regions.

Highly likely they are missing the re forecast to the city. This will be going towards sub 25p. Obviously good opportunity to buy in super low and hope for the bounce but could be another Cineworld and you get burnt.

Takeover could be decent for a bump as well.

Will keep dropping though. They are losing senior leaders across the UK&I. They 💯 need to slim down and reforecast on key markets but stripping to this level is just to balance the books and hit the reforecast number on paper. The knock on effect is they don’t have relationships and capability to service any kind of demand.

Very dark days.

Senior enough to know what the UK is forecasting across its portfolio of the clients and when they multi year client contracts end without being replaced by similar or equal revenue streams.

Take into account also the senior leadership exits across the UK alone then you are reducing costs but also taking decades of market knowledge. Again, not easily replaced by a newbie.

They have no clue structurally what they are doing. Firefighting 24/7. Senior people leaving jobs. Experience walking out the door. Replacing with kids.

Will get bought out soon. Market cap has dropped by 75% over past 10 years.

Share price not been this low since 1990 which is horrific. 35years and worst performance and it will get worse. Having worked there for 20 years I know that further pain is forecast across 2026.

Could I ask that people actually do the basic level of research into what they are invested in before they start complaining about ‘issues’ with the company. Unless you have invested to make a super quick buck to buy your weekly groceries, then this company is only going one way.

Thanks for your note @Rotherby1 - sounds like you 100% have a plan in place which is great and fair play to you.

My father is prob of a similar age c80ish and with his sizeable pot he is booking amazing yearly trips 2-4 weeks at a time to S America, SE Asia, Canada and has Japan booked next year, all by taking some of the profits as he goes along.

The rest he would like to contribute to his grandchildren, just like you. Which means that we will hopefully be able to set our grandchildren (I’m c45) in turn.

That’s one of similar amazing stories I’m reading/hearing about on this chat board and it’s so nice to see. It’s been such a crazy journey but one that I think is gonna reward or has rewarded a lot of people and will do in the future.

Long may it continue AND if your price prediction blows mine out of the water, then that would be fantastic for everyone holding.

Very true @TimberTrader. Accumulated over the years and in all honesty, we thought we would be long gone by this point (from the share, not the planet), but then again, we are in a better place with the company.

And I guess that’s the danger, you always hang on that little bit more. Obviously, if finances mean we have to sell then we’ll have to sell it earlier if that’s the case but hopefully not.

I’m excited by what we have and the potential, so more than happy to still be a part of the story 💪🏼

The exit plan is simply based on what we would do with that money at each one of those juncture's, so we would need to be strict with the limit order if they are triggered.

Interested to know people’s exit strategies on this.

Having been here for a while and seen the ‘highs’ of late December 2020, I’m really looking forward to the upcoming year.

We are a totally different company in every single respect (for the better obviously), but it feels like this December 2025 could be a nice moment in time for us, especially after the very turbulent years from Jan 2021 onwards.

Across 4 ISA’s we have a modest portfolio of 80,000 shares in the new format. Having sold a few at 395/400p in last 4 months to take some profits.

Everyone needs an exit strategy and for our remaining pot, the wife and I have agreed :-

25%/20k shares @ 600p

25%/20k shares @ 800p

25%/20k shares @ 1000p

25%/20k shares @ 1400p

Clearly the last 25% is potentially 10 years+ down the line (if at all). So it’s either a long term inheritance play for the kids or by that point/price then I’m more than happy to bow out. I don’t see the point in have £££ in profit and not touching it. As my dad says “you’re a long time dead”.
