We won't fall out about it but actually Katoro is worth a whole lot more to KIBO than the market value of its majority shareholding in that company. KIBO created KAT as a corporate vehicle whereby for all sorts of good reasons (tax accounting fundraising etc).
Many have assumed that KIBO divested itself of various assets to KAT. In one sense they may be correct but in the important sense (beneficial value) they are wrong.

At a stroke KAT becomes KIBO's most valuable asset.

You are of course completely correct re sentiment here TTP.
Which I would suggest makes KIBO rather interesting because as we all know on AIM sentiment can turn on a pinhead.

Interesting two or three days price action there.
I keep on thinking our seller will step in and squash the price again but so far no.
Left to itself (big if of course) I predict that we should rise steadily next week even without news.
Plenty of reason to be excited about KIBO.
Patience especially needed at PPA stage (compare NCCL RNS)
all of us hurting LTH's deserve a change of fortune. I predict it will be soon.

Aye small steps all right but at last we are going in the right rather than the wrong direction.
And if we get bored we can always listen to our friends who are better traders than we are and don't mind relieving our gloom with their victory tales.

Respect from another High-Average LTH.
Facing at least another year of work that I wasn't expecting because of the shareprice debacle but I have never been one for crying over spilt milk (maybe because I know within myself the place that self pity could take me).
I prefer to learn the lessons of the past as much as possible and then look to the future.
In my opinion (some of which I appreciate is not shared by some good people here)
1. LC has shown flexibility and resilience and may just may have finally guided us to the launchpad after all these years.
2. He has been "guilty" at times of over optimism. Of all the faults a CEO can have perhaps not the most heinous.
3. In terms of his morality (insofar as it can either be commented on intelligently or with any relevance) it seems to me that it is no more or less that your average Ceo. You will never get a straight answer from any CEO about future funding for obvious reasons.
My views as above are honestly held and these coupled with the undeniable potential of KIBO portfolio lead me to run against the trend of this chat board and be optimistic that 2020 will be a good year for KIBO and a better year for my finances which are locked into them.

We battle hardened PI's deserve better and I hope next year brings a change in our fortunes.
For now I can't make up my mind whether we should get medals or maybe a years free supply of Prozac.

I’m sitting here thinking of other things to do apart from work.
So what better than to talk to my friends on LSE.
A very happy Christmas to you all whether you are positive or negative.
I of course remain bullish.
There is no argument about our world class assets.
There can surely be little argument about unreasonable delay compared to our peers (especially given the headwinds thus far expertly navigated by LC).
Can we really excoriate LC too much for being at times over optimistic (ala Boris).
OK yes we can its cost most of us money but I am still encouraged in the belief that LC is an honourable man and I would be very surprised if 2020 is not our year!

JD Ref your post of 17.13 I still have confidence in LC. And as to why we lie lifeless in the AIM ditch while other less deserving companies fly.
Well we are not AIM darlings at the moment. Most of the punters can't be bothered doing research apart from looking in on the LSE page and we all know what conclusion they will draw if that's the limit of their investigation.
One day soon imo we will be. There will be a substantial RNS with an agreed PPA or something which will catch the imagination of the herd and off we will go

lol to be fair bcl I think he's trying. Maybe pending the PPA's dropping they could issue a Naked Christmas Calendar of the directors!

We'll not fall out about it but you won't be surprised to hear that I disagree with your analysis of LC.
The placing was a let down for all of us.
I suspect that LC held off from doing it as long as he did because he was hoping to have other options for funding in place by then. I agree that there is an argument that the whole thing could have been handled much better.
imo however there is no evidence of malice or bad faith.
It follows that in my opinion whether or not there are PPA'S before Christmas the future is bright (although the present is pants)

Our big seller hasn't finished yet. That's why our price is so ludicrous. He must run out of shares/be satisfied at some point.
