If you carefully read the RNS. It says ODX are already producing.

If you google the company address and look at popular times, it shows you when people are online with Google enabled phones aka their shifts, 7am to 7pm mon to fri and closed at weekends.

My friend lives in Falkirk, I asked him if he would drive over and scope out the Alva site seeing as he's sat on his arse doing nothing, he said loads of staff were entering and exiting at shift times, he said it was obvious they were producing from the activity. He didn't feel to comfortable getting too close to the site to look inside.
