You just need to filter where appropriate, pick out the factual statements and do some research. A paper loss doesn't mean squat, unless you sell.

I think today will be a quiet one, probably hovering around 88-91. If that is going to wind you up to the max, then it would probably be better that you don't refresh the SP every few seconds then create 100's of meltdown posts. No, all 250 staff are attending onsite 8 week health and safety training on how to change a flow wrap roll, with an hour for nibbles at 12. They are doing this Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm.
