I wouldn't read too much into weekend shift at this stage, they've been ramping up production to the required level with the Mon to Fri 7am to 7pm shifts and that takes staff/supervision/planning and coordination. They have some staff in on Saturday which is probably weekly maintenance/deliveries etc. I'm sure they will have plans to change the shift patterns or possibly add weekends into the mix.

No news is good news! We've had all the answers to our questions via bigjock and Colin also did a public Q&A, its more than most investors get. Ignore the Noah crowd, no Arc is needed for this investment.
