There plenty of business out there, testing is on the increase, not the decrease, this will ramp up even higher as the economy opens up. The plan is to test so much that all the positives are isolated and the UK becomes the least infected country in the world. Also they will soon be using the UK produced rapid test en masse, this will give quicker access to services and make it cheaper and more palatable to Joe Public.
Its a win win and makes perfect sense.
