Antibody Test22 Dec 2021 15:26
The NHS have removed my Covid Pass 4 months after natural infection, I presume they think I now have zero antibodies and I'm at high risk. I've been bombarded to get a vaccine, email, post, text and calls.
So I decided to take an antibody test to see what my levels actually are.
1st Test – 8 weeks after AZ vaccine. (8.2 U/mL) this is the minimum amount the lab can detect, below this level the lab would report this as a negative test for antibodies.
2nd Test – 8 weeks after natural infection (>2500 U/mL) this is the largest amount the lab can detect which is why they say greater than >.
3rd Test – 4 months after natural infection (>2500 U/mL) this is the largest amount the lab can detect which is why they say greater than >.
I used the same Lloyds Roche test each time @£50 each.
You're welcome.
