Why ? It’s clearly some human error as it was a collision on the runway and totally unrelated to aircraft or engines.
They’re not doing retail anymore in the uk. As of April 30th 2023.
Today could be brutal, shame when the company is technically at its strongest for years.
Should’ve stated this a response was to the poly us comment.

Post 2/2 from IR that your calling lies.
FURTHER COMMENT: Your points are well articulated and well received. We are working on all 3 issues identified by yourself, and in addition are engaged in a pre-admission consultation with an exchange in the GCC, which hopefully will provide a better "landing" pad for the shareholders in POLY. While I appreciate that current communication (most recent FAQ) has not added a lot of clarity to our predicament, I must point out that it's not for the lack of trying. Yes, the shareholders are none the wiser post these FAQs, but so are we. All of these critical processes are under way, and even though we push them forward as hard as we can, some things are outside of out control.
That’s a bit of a lie there yourself. The responses are from IR who you won’t speak to.
At least post all of the IR reply to questions raised after q&a on website was uploaded. Post of 2
1. Your Q&A published this morning stated: “the AIFC does not support a system of share registration which allows for the co-existence of certificated and uncertificated shares. Consequently, for a publicly listed AIFC company, all shares are required to be in uncertificated form”.
If I were to convert my LSE shares to certificates now, would the redom effectively end my shareholding in the company? Is there no way I could hold my share certificates and collect dividends post-redom to the AIX?
RESPONSE: No, it won't. We are currently working with AIX Registrar to provide a solution for the paper/certificated shareholders. This solution will enable these shareholders to open accounts directly with AIX CSD and have their position/shareholding reflected there directly. It is currently under discussion/development, but we've prioritized it in our conversation with AIX, and hope that by the time redom vote is announced we will have that option available to shareholders. Holding your shares at AIX CSD directly would provide you with a proof of ownership / excerpt from a registrar confirming your position and number of shares you own. This proof of ownership is going to be a replacement for share certificate that our shareholders have. Your entitlement to dividends is not going to be compromised. I must reiterate that this is yet to be developed and confirmed as an option, but AIX is aware of critical importance of this solution for us.
2. Is the company aware of a solution for UK shareholders to be able to hold shares on the AIX? I have tried contacting a number of brokers who are listed as having AIX access, and none will do both of (a) accepting a UK retail investor as a client AND (b) accepting an incoming transfer of LSE shares in polymetal.
RESPONSE: Have you tried Halyk Finance? (https://halykfinance.kz/) They confirmed to us they open account for UK residents. Please contact them at sales@halykfinance.kz
2 Freedom Finance Kazakhstan is another option
We are confirming with the brokers whether transfer of positions is available.
3. What progress has the company made on initiating a GDR program on the LSE? Has there been a discussion with the exchange and investment banks?
RESPONSE: We are engaged in a dialogue with a bank, issuer/administrator of GDRs. They are evaluating our proposal. This process will involve a due diligence review of us as an issuer, sanctions compliance, and regulatory checks, inevitably involving outside legal counsel. We are advised that under the most favourable circumstances this process may take up to 4 weeks. Conversation with the exchange and the regulator will begin as soon as we have the green light from the depository bank.
Same on a lot of shares presumably a lse fault.
Good research perhaps it’ll stop a few panic selling.
Johnnth poly have stated they don’t intend to leave the Lse just change the listing.
Looks like an opportunity that everyone wanted to top up.
IF the vote passes and the redomicile and split goes ahead the lse listing will be kept as a gdr for liquidity purposes and to receive dividends as stated in the webcast today. The kaz listing will become the primary listing to allow this. This would allow free cash flow to be distributed to all shareholders.
Would the re-dom and kaz listing allow the split shares in the Russian assets to be granted to shareholders in the west and be tradeable whilst holding kaz assets on Lse ?
And hold TA

I’d expect to see a bull run on gold when the price keeps above the 1920 mark on a monthly then quarterly combined with a breakout from the Spx Fingers crossed it’s soon as them the mining sector will go ballistic.
Jotom how has it affected you ? there’s Nothing wrong with being more efficient, less wasteful and less polluting but to believe the science about co2 is crazy. We have a massive nuclear reactor burning in the sky above us that decides our climate, 4 parts per million of a chemical which literally encourages life on this planet to bloom does not affect it, water vapour and cloud cover play much more important roles in this. Ultimately wind turbines won’t power the mines we want to produce gold but nothing wrong with planting a few trees after I suppose.
Totally agree with the folly of chasing the net zero agenda unfortunately a lot of funds now insist on commitments like that being in place so I don’t think the company will drop this policy even though I think your quite right in saying the money could be put to better use.
Rylidan, Explain why you don’t think it has long term value then ?
Noticed that hsbc are giving a price again on poly where previously the ticker could not be found. Might try a buy through these next week I’ll let you know if it goes through.
