Didn't sell, but only had a few quid left to add before payday. Shame really, I was literally 2 grand from clearing my mortgage. Maybe in a few weeks.

To be fair Stockhunter1, if there was an order, the price would rise, and a raise to keep the lights on wouldn't really bother anyone too much I would imagine.

The thought occurred to me Dusty that the director purchase was just a show of confidence, rather than a shrewd investment. Is that maybe correct?

What I was trying to figure out was what would be the directors idea of a good settlement. You know, how much money would they want, to keep them happy and comfortable for the rest of their lives. Not what they could squeeze from a potential buyer.

This is where my limited knowledge and mindset comes into play. I'm not a money man like some of you guys. If I found that mine, I'd sell up and retire. Other people are different and it's literally their hobby to keep accumulating money / assets. Everyone is different.

Does that make sense?

Thank you SPC32. But would the directors be happy with, say a £1 buyout? Or £3? Just trying to see what they'd be comfortable with selling it for as a whole if it was an option. Shaun Bunn only has 100k shares.

If I'm reading this right, the directors don't hold an awful lot of shares. So a complete buy out, as it stands, would be highly unlikely. Or have I got this completely wrong.
