The video is from October. The RNS this week.

You can say you have orders or a memorandum of understanding would be more apt. The RNS states no orders. The RNS also states production output potential.

I'll go with the RNS rather than something said almost three months ago.

What news are you expecting? Can you give some context to your post? Otherwise it's just a ramp and not taken seriously.

Definitely something off here. Any well versed journalist would have done their research and the Telegraph article to me sounds very suspect.
