Well if I was to bet on it, I'd bet the warrants are approved.

The board may have GC over a barrel on this. So whilst yes, I agree he has a large stake, it could go in the favour of those wanting the money. We'll just have to wait and see.

I do think there will be another RNS about orders beofe the meeting however, the bump the price. So not all negative.

The Board acknowledges that following the Placing and the conditional grant of the Warrants, few Shareholders have expressed their concerns about the potential dilution that may arise to their shareholding in the Company when the Warrants are exercised.

As a result of those concerns, various changes to the Board took place, including the appointment of three new directors.

The purpose of the Circular is to comply with the terms of the Placing, pursuant to which the Company is obliged to call a general meeting of its Shareholders and place the necessary resolution to the Shareholders to approve the grant of the Warrants.

Last October saw a jump to almost 7p. Now we are in a stronger position but with this company, I tend or keep my expectations low as I've been burned several times.

I'd aim for 7-10p but there's huge potential for this share. Others will tell you but I wanted to give you an idea that's also neither a ramp or deramp. All the best.

Not me. I don't think we'll be anything like that. Potentially £3 a share maybe? I think that's realistic for now.

I got in at 60 odd and feel fortunate. I do think we need to manage expectations here.

Novacyt MK2? That's a bit of a ramp in fairness. Maybe a quarter of the share price is my expectation.
