Nor will all the people on the planet be given one share in UKOG for free.
Anybody who wishes to buy shares in a publicly traded company is welcome to do so.
There are more than enough Sterling Pounds to give one to each person on the planet as well.
It's not even a measure or a point of conjecture.
Why even raise this and highlight it?

Only one of my holdings is currently shown correctly on HL.
Asked them about this last year and there was some "after hours trading" reason given.
UKOG is 30% out.

BEWARE:- anyone looking to value their portfolio.
You may have to wait for it to be reported accurately.
No idea how long but I'll check back tomorrow, after the US has closed too.

I have nobody filtered and never have.
As you say, you can pick up 'feeling' and 'sentiment' early.
Although, having said that, I do dismiss a lot of posts even before I've finished reading them.

You get to know which have any merit to speak of.
Some give the opposite of what you actually need.
Once realised, they're still of value.

As someone who is a LTH and trading, I see traders taking a lot of flak here.
I'm not sure it's justified.
I want the price to go up and down (currently I favour up).
If it's not doing both, I can't trade.
If I had spare cash now, and wasn't so exposed already, I'd be buying more, not ****ging off.
Not interested i ramping/deramping, and dismiss comments of those that do.

The reason I post it because some don't believe it.
They're still hanging on, only interested in a potential magical future (which to be fair, I was when I started as well).
I'm just opening a window onto what I've done - I made +300% just on my first ever UKOG investment.
Whatever anyone believes is fine by me.
I'm not forcing anyone to trade and I appreciate some won't be able to do it anyway (just looking at their expectations here, lol).

Just re-read my post.
My point was that I love the price going up and I love the price going down.
Watched it happen constantly over the last 30 months I've been in it.
Some are disappointed when it goes down and are, understandably, worried about the drop in the value of their investment.
At the other end of the scale; Some are excited when it goes up and are, understandably, delighted about the rise in the value of their investment.
It happens all the time.
For me, it doesn't happen often enough.
The hard bit is having to wait longer for it to turn around.
When I buy I want the SP to rise so I can sell for a quick profit.
When I sell I want it to fall so I can buy back in again as quickly as possible.
I'm not panicking (yet).
Just another day at the office.

I started in UKOG with £1000.
I still have around £50,000 invested of the £100,000 I traded that into.
It's now split into two pots: £25,000 to hold for any long-term rewards (of which I still think there's a possibility) and £25,000 to keep trading.
There's more than one way to skin a cat.
