I would love to be in an environmentally friendly world.
But I do NOT believe that will be possible for decades.
The population growth rate exceeds our ability to turn 'green'.
I shan't be listening to the 'Woke' generation until they've conquered their own growth rate.
My fossil investment plans will continue to be the same for at least the next five years and probably longer.

Those are directed towards actual producers though, and UKOG plays an insignificant part of my plans now.
No more than a 'bit of fun', rather than a potential income generator any more.
I am prepared to concede that that might change one day, but see the chances of it as minimal at best.

Incidentally, the open-market SP was below the placing price during the whole placing period and has fallen since.
It's slightly up at the moment (still 0.04 below the placing offer, lol).

Ocelot seems to have given up posting the main site he used to ramp UKOG.
If we watch carefully, we may soon see him move down to a "weak buy" at this rate.

In April this share price spiked to over 0.45p.
Today, even after all the "buy"s you mention, it's worth 0.14p.
Four years ago it was worth 11p.
Kind of an odd question, huh?

Kind of agree, but not this [small-time] trader.
I have a small amount here at the moment but only through mis-timing.
The spread has narrowed a little, but even 4% means I'd then be looking for 14%
Just holding for spikes, which are less and less frequent.
The amount of cash I'd risk here now is only for a bit of fun anyway.
Bigger players might want a bigger return to justify the risk of investing in something that is trending down with only one (potential) positive on the near horizon.

Btw.
0.18 is only my current buy-in (£1,000).
It's way below my average, which I can't work out but I think it's well above £1.00 (£1,000 to £100,000 and above).

But that's for LTH's really.
I only flip and think that spikes are still likely, though less frequent than the good ole days.
Troughs are also just as likely, unfortunately, and I see moire of those around the corner.

The tragedy of this share is the likes of those posters you mentioned (and others) who are either trying to con the naive into investing their money here, or they are the naive.
