He was a big fan once.

There was another who was very pro Sandercon too once.
But he did admit that he'd been wrong and had the good grace to apologise to anyone his previous posts might have influenced once he'd 'woken up' to Sandercon's lies.
I don't recall his name but occasionally run into him on other boards.
Always seemed like a nice enough chap before and after he'd realised the awful truth.

I haven't purchased here since last year, not that I wouldn't if an opportunity arose.
I've only bought in a handful of times per year over the last three.
For the eighteen months(ish) before that, and the dilutions, I was in and out more often than a prostitute's regular.

That is incorrect.
It's not the number of Buyers vs Sellers.
It's the number of share Buys vs share Sells.

Supply and Demand rules apply.
If you have 100 Buyers but they are only selling 100 shares between them (1 each), the share price will fall when 100 Sellers are simultaneously selling 1,000 shares between them (10 each).
The converse is also true.

More shares traded affects the price, not the number of people trading them.
Also the price can be skewed abnormally, either in favour of buying or selling, depending upon sentiment (enter the rampers).
Ie. You might be offered a higher price to Buy than Sell, or vice-versa, at any particular time and these may not balance.
This can also affect the overall share price.

Now a 5% fall is a "buying opportunity".

4m was shown as cash and equivalents in the accounts to end Sept'21.
Sandercon's had eight months of salary to burn through that.

Yep.
Bought 2 tranches of BP for below £3.75, at the end of april.
Sold for above £4.25 Thursday and Friday.
Bought 'em back for £4.07 today, in time for Thursday's ex-div (only 1% nowadays, but what-the-hell)).
Have one more tranche I'm still looking to buy back.
Hopefully before Thursday.
Volatility is a blessed thing.

You can't filter the facts if you're looking at the facts.

Although I am negative about UKOG now, I do still hope it does well for all those who have become 'locked in'.
I am quite keen that more don't join their ranks because they may have been influenced by the premature ejaculations of UKOG rampers.

Suffer - I bought in with £1k at a much higher price of 3.2p, but then I sold it at 10.2p.
I did that about thirty to forty times over eighteen months, targeting 10-20% volatility and turned £1k into over £100k.
I was very positive the potential of the company.
Then all the dilution began and I have been much less encouraged.

I do still see occasional opportunities and still hope to catch some.
I have not bought UKOG at all this year and won't at this price.
There are other opportunities.
They will not reward me as well as UKOG did, but they also don't carry anything like as much risk.
