Sandercon tried to deny he ever claimed 'billions' in a BBC interview.
Until the BBC subsequently published the earlier interview in which he had.
He's said precious little about anything ever since.

From a post by Ibug yesterday, quoting the report delivery announcement;

"We have been notified that the appeal has been 'recovered' by the Secretary of State for the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC). The Inspector, Mike Robins MSc BSc(Hons) MRTPI, appointed by the then Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, attended the inquiry and has prepared a report and recommendation for the Secretary of State for a decision. The decision is expected by 7 June 2022."

The key wording of that being; "is expected by" rather than, "will definitely be on or before".
(I do sometimes pay attention to what's posted here, although that does depend a lot on who's posting it)

For visibility of my potential bias, I am currently holding a position in UKOG.
I only trade UKOG but I've only bought in here three times this year and all of those within the last fortnight.
I have a low Sell to try and capture some of any spike there may be, but I am not stretching it at all greedily, just in case it misses altogether.
I'm happy to make low profit margins and often, than large profits but once-in-a-blue-moon.

I post for visibility on 'flipping' this share rather than simply holding on to it.
A strategy which yielded my return of over 10,000%, over eighteen months four years ago.
Pickings have been slimmer ever since, due to Sandercon's dilution.
But they do happen and I've continued to benefit from many of them.
Your paltry attempts to ramp this into your fantasy rather than reality just entertain me.
Reality creates profit, not dreams.

The SP is enjoying a small rally, possibly in anticipation of positive Loxley news due at the start of this week.
But even with that 30% rise, it's still down -30% for the whole of the year.
"Upward trend"?

As we've all seen these brief rises so many times before, what will you say about this "upward trend" once it's started receding again?
And after the placing that Sandercon's just warned you about?

2) I think there will be a spike on positive Loxley permit news.
It will be lower than previous spikes and then recover downwards.
Over the year I can see it down at 0.07p or 0.08p, on current information.

Whatever happens at the start of next week, it will have started to fade again by the end.
Sentiment is the only thing that will help this share price and PI's have been shafted too often (and will be again) for that.
More dilution may even prevent a spike on a positive outcome from Loxley (remembering that it is STILL only exploratory and UKOG will have to go through it all over again to evolve the site/production!).

Let's hope.
Although I already finally gave up on him earlier in the week.
