"OUTPERFORM: We expect total revenues including those of latestage assets SweetBiotix (calorie-free sweet fibres for sugar replacement) and LPGOS (prebiotic that enhances the effect of LPLDL) to exceed £50m by 2025E."
Ah, you're right belgrano, my mistake. I just listened to it again and I had misunderstood what he was multiplying. The exact quote:
"If you look historically, we have far more sales in the second half of last year, by over five-and-a-half times, than we have in the first half of last year. And we think something similar will happen, and we’ll get five to six times increase in sales. The reason for that is our revenue is weighted towards the second half of the year. "
So splitting the difference, 5.5 times H1 2019 would be about £990,000. Apologies.
The last guidance I heard from SOH was in an interview last week (with elrico, I think): revenues are H2 weighted, as we know, and he expected those for 2019 to be "five or six times" 2018. That would therefore be in the region of £2.4m for H2 2019, making £2.75m for FY.
Very slick. But they need to get the male version launched.
List them on AIM?
"Just a matter of time now before the big money rolls in. Just need patience and ignore tge [sic] loons of course."
Oh, I thought Smithy quite poetic was.
He promised me it was heading into the 50s last November, so I could consider averaging up. Instead I had to take profits for Christmas at almost £1. That retrace has been an awfully long time coming.
Wake me up if it hits the 50s and I might think about averaging up.
Another piece of a huge jigsaw. There is quiet empire building going on.

As a loyal Naked Wines customer and fan of their business model, I am more thinking, "bang goes the neighbourhood". I am particularly suspicious of the ploughing £20m into acquiring customers ... instead of in bringing on small winegrowers, which is what they are supposed to be about, and what has made them successful. I know nothing about the parent company (Majestic) but it sounds to me like bad news all round.
Year ago 63p, now 85p. That's a dazah "downwards". Lots, as he would say.
Trades: 4 (or "Lots", in dazah terminology). Vol sold 1,000 Vol bought 6,194
So, probably not, no.
Likewise. Also never heard of it. Pharmacist (attached to the GP surgery) said no harm to take CholbiomeX3 (which my wife and I are both now trying) - though not as a replacement for statins. She noted it was "quite expensive"; said it would be interesting to see more "real world data".
Incidentally, I put a cheeky note on my order asking Opti Sales if there was any discount for shareholders. The reply: "A very reasonable question, although unfortunately, this is not something we currently offer. We would kindly mention that discount codes do enter circulation for limited periods of time. This may be on social media, from our newsletter/ product updates or found in the media which we push through and share on social. So keep an eye on these channels! We thank you for your support in OPTI, and trust our products will bring you good (cardiovascular) health!"
They were also keen to get feedback in due course, and pointed me to the (rather thin at the moment) testimonials page on the website.
If you're going to give a running commentary: the sp is up today . . .
"Lots"? lol Dazzle us with your definition of "a few".
Well, to quote your Charles East (who says "I do not know enough about 'revolutionary' products to question the management" - then does exactly that), for an alternative view, see ShareProphets: "Optibiotix: FDA Designation – big news: STRONG BUY at up to 90p - target 125p by Easter [2019-02-23 01:34:08]: The market does not seem to have picked up on the significance of the most recent news from Optibiotix (OPTI). It will."
Take your pick.

Five months. They said H1 2019, didn't they?
