and profitable outcome for Madagascar shareholders. With this shower in charge it is only hope value... Shysters the lot of them...
a bullet is too good for most a slow painful death is called for as their family watch them wither and fail just as they did in life....
Why are so many buy trades being transacted in Madagascar Oil when de-listing seems certain. If trading after the event is almost impossible why buy at all... What hppened in CAZA?
Then why has someone just deemed it judicious to buy nearly 12k worth of Madagascar shares...?
Net assets of 243 million with 14 million in the bank. I believe 10 million is today on deposit.
in Madagascar Oil, it is not for the love of the company so we must guess what is happening....
They want the shares in order to gain control. The company has all the makings of a successful company and someone knows this and wants all the benefits arising from owning a medium sized oil operation. The announcement yesterday supported those persons and most fell for the story...
That would be an option if the BoD had honourable intentions and a little fire in their bellies. The management are protecting their own positions not those of a large number of shareholders. One more attempt at selling the company to fellow operators. Would you rather buy millions of barrels of oil or a football club (BWFC)?
intrinsic value to an operator in Madagascar. Sell the company to one of these operators. If one of these does not see the value at least it shows that the management of all oil companies in the region are as useless as each other. Bull****ters the lot of them...
Continue the search for a partner until the cash is spent. The operations have been wound down due to storage shortage. Put everything on care and maintenance. The BoD have a duty to the shareholers...

Because these lenders want the company to themselves. My question still stands, how much does the company need for the next year?
Because these lenders want the compAny to themselves. My question still stands, how much does the company need for the next year?
They have had unnecessary expenses for years with the deadbeat team failing... Whom has everything in place the company or the lenders? A farm out is in the offing yet the management are unable to secure funding short term? Even GCM managed to obtain short term funding for a mining operation that has been stalled for 12 years!,,,,,
Tell the lenders if they do not provide funding the company will be liquidated
So why are the company representatives not screwing the lenders. Close the operation. Give the oil away or put it back into the ground. Result no one gains from this debacle. The power station would take the oil for free. How much funding do they need? Sell the company to Texaco whom operate in the area. The environmental licence must be worth a fortune as it is the only one in existence
A company operated by shysters of the highest order?
Including the useless Ahmed, maintain the storage of 150,000 barrels of oil and wait until price is back to 100$ , pay off the loan anud start again with new available funding. This is situation is an FCA matter and should be dealt with accordingly. Report being compliled presently
Issue some more shares for the funding. The existing lenders should be excluded quite the opposite from making a massive gain....
confirm that every thing that has been stated resulting in a tremedouus decline in the share price is true. No RNSs denying the veracity of any of the statements leading to a share price of 1.375. No RNS to stem losses arising from the share price decline. Almost 15k in my case. Nothing, zilch, nada...not a peep even to inform shareholders of extent of progress or lack of but as soon as the share price recovers some ground a RNS pops up styming the share price allowing traders and shorter to gain once again. Leaving the long term holders in limbo for another prolonged period. It is immoral and ethically moot
