Apology accepted MtPocket and snowman10andy. I use these discussion boards to share my knowledge and opinions with my fellow shareholders. Used correctly these boards can bring much needed assistance to fellow investors. Depending on the share price at 8am tomorrow, I think I might take my opportunity to divest and lick wounds. I need 25.6 pence to break even, I can’t see the share price climbing back to this level even after the final results release on the 25th May. Good luck to all shareholders.

Snowman10andy, only1gibbo and mtpocket, your responses to my post were negative flippant and foul mouthed. I wish I wasn’t right because I am an awful lot worse off than I was before this RNS. But to be honest I have had my doubts about this board and their actions for a while now. I have tried to raise my concerns on this discussion board and have met with much derision.

If it were as easy as some posters have portrayed then the whole of the UK would have bought WSG shares. Unfortunately this company chooses to ‘dine with the devil’ and on this occasion they have been poisoned. The share price rise today gave me a false sense of security (forgive the pun) so I stopped looking at about 2pm, I therefore missed the RNS at 16.18. As a result I am still invested, the question is do I sell at 8am tomorrow or wait until the final results release ? This company is a sham.

This contract is not going to arrive in the form that WSG has suggested. Most investors on this board are now expecting an announcement at 7am on a weekday morning which results in a doubling of the share price. If it were that easy, the whole population of the UK would be at it. I hope to God that the 7am announcement rewards us all but given the dreadful track record of this board of directors (to record a pre tax profit) and the clients that they choose to engage with, one cannot predict that this operation will still be operating in its current form in twelve months time. I hope I am wrong.

Nothing like a bit of good news to send the share price down. I find this negative movement puzzling as the FTSE is on the rise and sterling is on the slide.

Mr Ball continues to increase his remuneration without buying a single share in the business that has rewarded him so handsomely without making any obvious contribution. Get your money out man !

At £8.10. The trading statement came across positively to me so I was surprised when he share price opened much lower. This was an ideal opportunity to re invest.

I think we should all start to accept that there is no £24m per annum contract, at least not in the form that we have been led to believe. In my opinion this is clearly a board misleading it’s shareholders in order to fund a lifestyle.

Hello Arsenal17, I am looking to invest my money into RR again but before doing so I thought it best to consult you. As the self appointed RR clairvoyant could you tell me please if RR have won the contract to supply eighty engines to Emirates for their new A380 order and who is buying the marine business, how much is being paid and when will all this information be made available to the market. Better still, could you tell me please what date and time is best to buy shares in order to benefit from the inevitable rise in share price as a result of this news. I’ve read the papers and cannot find any inside information. Thanking you in advance.

Some large sales yesterday brought the recent rise to a shuddering halt. One would assume that the market makers will now be working to clear the over hang. I hope this doesn’t lead to weakness in the share price. Under the old Sugden/Kowalski regime the final results date edged later every year leading to a release date last year of the 27th June. Fortunately, our current board have amended the final results date to a much improved 6th June. Only six and a half weeks to wait.

I hope the share price rise doesn’t stop here now that the trading statement has been released. Some nice trades so far today that would appear to be buys.

I sincerely regret selling some of my Findel shares to fund a purchase of shares in this outfit. Nothing but misleading innuendo fuelled by fantasist posters on this discussion board. I must have taken leave of my senses. Who in their right mind would award a £24m per annum security contract to a company who have never made a pre tax profit and whose revenue has never bettered £7.4m. The lifestyle of these board members is funded entirely by us, the gullible investors who were persuaded to part with their money in the belief that these clowns could actually turn a profit. What was I thinking ? The only poster on this board with any understanding of this board of directors is JoeSwanson, whose posts are eloquent and humorous. Thank you for keeping me smiling.

I am delighted by this news but am puzzled as to why this was not released two weeks ago. Maybe the board couldn’t believe it themselves and had to have the figures verified by their accountants !! £3 is beginning to look like a realistic possibility.

It is quite curious that in just under twenty weeks our share price has risen by nearly seventy per cent and yet the rise has gone virtually unnoticed. Hardly any media coverage and only a handful of posters/investors on this board. One can only assume that the share price is rising in anticipation of a positive RNS. If this is the case then let’s hope the board continue to remain silent, for the time being anyway.

I like the positive spin Arsenal 17. Sadly sarcasm has got the better of me along with a share price that hasn’t advanced for a year now except for two brief visits to the 970’s. I have sold my shares today and will return again when I can see the price making its next move up. Good luck to all RR shareholders, with the odd exception.

Sad news for those working within the business. A very old company whose method of business had unfortunately become outdated in this digital age. CVSL are a huge organisation who gave it a go but we’re unable to modernise the business model. Hopefully some parts of the operation can be salvaged and some jobs saved. Meanwhile back at Findel, I agree with 1GW_, the board are waiting for something to drop into place before rolling out the post closed period trading statement. Most likely confirmation that terms have been agreed with Sports Direct. The sale of Findel Education isn’t beyond the realms of possibility,

Trades suggest something is about to be announced.

We are now well past the date that the company has in previous years released the above mentioned statement. Trading volume has been low but the share price is being ticked up on this low volume. Are the market makers expecting some positive news ? I can only deduce from the late release of the statement that something else is going on that is price sensitive and the board are waiting until this concludes before releasing the statement.

Looks like the sale of L’orange is being received positively by the markets, is there enough momentum to take us back over 900 pence ?
