As directors they have statutory and legal obligations when they make an rns even though the accounts are unaudited.

We should then have some great stats, facts in terms of yoy growth et c to understand the opportunity for 2021 and beyond.

Having looked at their investor relations and reports I was thinking the same, nanotech is executing to results.
2021 is the year where enet really need to establish themselves, 2022 where is shows in the p&l.

We have some short term holders here, whether trading or longer term, who have probably gone through one or two bu#####t cycles. When you gone through about six it becomes wearing.

Time for Arnab to move to a chief scientific officer role, get some hard nosed ba##### in from say Melrose who can move this from an academic hobby into a commercially run company. The opportunity is incredible, I think this BOD will not be able to exploit it.

I think they assumed with a great deal of certainty that the arco contract would restart, and didn't see cash as an issue. The "we have an additional" opportunities over what we knew about two months ago just doesn't wash.
A sign of a really poor my managed company is not assessing a range of outcomes and preparing actions against eachone.

Gunner, yes - as a worldwide opportunity they need to get distributors and channels signed up.
They need to move away from this "keep it in house" mentality.

Their strength is in IP not manufacturing.
As I said in a previous post they need to outsource as much as possible to contract manufacturers of they want to scale up quickly and effectively, and maximise the opportunity.

It is very clear that the aroc contract is not getting started anytime soon, with a working capital hole due to their complete and total commercial incompetence. Why no inkling of this earlier? Because they haven't a clue where they are.
As a longer term shareholder I have seen the constant bullishness and delboy "this time next year rodney" with a complete inability to deliver every six months. They have portfolio of product at various stages of maturity which should enable them not to need a cash raise, if the company was well managed.
I don't believe this is the management team to deliver and commercialize what is a great market opportunity.

Not impressed by this guy, the use of a balance sheet to justify valuation (even to support a low valuation) are long gone. Lacked any real market knowledge or insight, and some really poor and incorrect views on everything being part of a cycle.
The main issue with companies such as myx and their share price is the basics of buyers and sellers.
Having said that the portfolio approach of buying into 40 such companies as myx in the medium term hope that a few will come good and counter the 30 or so dogs is interesting.

Tracy, who would own the IP if this is the case? Assume enet would not get their hands dirty in manufacture, would there be royalty payments downstream (great business - zero working capital, 100% margin)?

This is a completely different proposition from cns, which has juniper as a shareholder and is a more mature company in its market development.
As a shareholder I do not want enet taken out at least t he next two years where the value has simply not been recognised.

With so little coverage now did you initially get to research enet before you took the plunge ?
We have a number of long term contributors here with buy prices all over the place, and 2/3 more recent investors in the 20s / 30s who may have impeccable market timing imho.
