Hindsight is always a great thing, but wishing is bought a few more when I did at the 5p level. Always very wary of CEOs talking a good game and falling flat in their face - especially in AIM where there is a lot of just pure lying and very deliberate deception.

Orders are the start. Good thing about this CEO he also seems very strong operationally, so I can't see him dropping the ball on delivery.

Mountie - you're really not good at understanding this stuff are you - if you had some very limited knowledge of licencing and royalties in the tech sector it would help.

If you look at two prior RNSs for their "leading" (if that exists with ENET) with the volumes within them and the income from royalties for that period, each licence (which are one time, perpetual) are worth in the cents not dollars. Why doesnt ENET put $$$ against these, because they are so pitiful to be completely meaningless.

"An extended royalty stream". Now that is completely meaningless - the customer would have an evergreen contract to protect itself with possible price break clauses if there isnt an RPI type clause - so not news of any sort.

The additional customisation has been and gone. In the 28th March RNS they stated more customisation orders this year - so just a few days for confirmation of another lie. Of course, forgotten and replaced with a new lot of unqualified opportunities. Customisation really is the lowest "value" tech revenue.

These really are scrapping the very, very bottom of the barrel to find anything that is even vaguely positive - each RNS just becomes more embarrassing than the last. Outside the pitiful royalty streams net new orders seem to be $300k of very low margin customisation work for the year.

Asher - whether posters hold or dont (and you dont know whether we do) the knowledge of the poster is far more important. And no, adding a rocket emoji or two like you're in nursery school doesnt count as knowledge.

As I've said before you are correct the share price will be multiple of where it is on a material deal of some description. The issue is the chances of that ever happening from factual past performance are very slim, putting "expect" in an ENET RNS holds zero weight.

I hope you can see why I, and few others (ex, finger), post on this board just asking people to look at what is said on the current RNS and then look at exactly the same language in prior RNS, with opportunities with customers simply forgotten. Its that simple a request.

When a few PIs met with DL and MR in London a few years ago now (this was when tarana was placing regular orders and was 100% tied to ENET - before telling them where to go, when they had the chinese deals which were 100% rock solid - which werent even orders, when Miton were backing every placing - before bailing out after realising just how useless and untrustworthy DL was, and were forecasting profit and positive cash flow) there was an ex fire fighter who just had his lump sum. After a spiel from DL and MR he looked them directly in the eye and said his substantial investment in ENET was an investment directly in them, they both nodded. Everything they said at the meeting was pure fiction / arrogance / delusion, and nothing has changed apart from DLs salary.

Key here is the freehold sale at or around holding value.

The investor meet did provide background on working capital and cashflow support on individual projects (milestones / stage payments) but the flexibility to clear debt from the freehold sale is key.

Just because ENET says it addresses customer needs doesn't mean it does, otherwise they would have actually sold something other than the trickle of royalties from old tech / pre IPO products.

We have had the "must have" product, "no brainer" product, instant ROI, at the finish line before but amazing zero sales.

Just pick any RNS, annual report and business update from the last few years.

Mikee. Listened to the investor meet the other night - great focus and insight. While further increases orders are welcome, the strengthening of the balance sheet from the freehold sale at holding price would be most welcomed.

At this level good to see the CEO back in the money on his market buys when he joined.

Latino, a patent being granted (quite a long process depending where it is) doesn't prevent you in any way actually selling the underlying technology to which it relates, the UEP products they refer to have sold absolutely nothing. The other patents they have, wireless backhaul etc, again sell absolutely nothing.

ENET has never understood "customer needs" as has been proven quarter after quarter, year after year, deeply discounted cash raise after deeply discounted cash raise.

Brilliant - not one coherent, adult, factual explanation or argument.

After all the years since IPO when DL has promised again and again and again that a revolving door of soon forgotten unqualified customer opportunities were expected to sign on the dotted line, and are forgotten by the next RNS onto something different.

If there was any value in ENET technically qualified tech VCs / private equity / company incubator funds in the US or Israel with the worlds brightest tech brains evaluating companies and technology as their daily bread and butter would have spotted this rather than a few PIs in the UK, and paid even £1m to take it out.

What is read is a few royalties which are continuing or increasing, but still miniscule. And then the usual complete rubbish on new unqualified opportunities which have little chance of getting anywhere near closing.

In other words a typical DL RNS, similar to every other one where nothing ever happens afterwards.

Spectral, irrespective of what the share price was (whether valued correctly or not), the minimal % growth from the Siemens deal was underdone - even just looking at it from taking away risk of a further dilution at a discount.

Still want to see they have debtors and stocks under control to get the working capital cycle down below two years.

But posters here take an RNS with "expect" from DL and ENET to have the meaning it does in the english dictionary, which it doesnt with DL and ENET if you read any RNS, accounts or business update.

As I give a monkies that you have "green boxed" me, you have such a high opinion of yourself.

ExMS, getting on for 35 years in commercial finance - mainly working for US tech. I know how hard it is, even for a gartner magic quad / millions in the bank, to get these sorts of deals where you are embedding tech in a stack to get over the line. I met DL, hard to judge in less than an hour but the most underwhelming character I have ever met and deeply, deeply untrustworthy, I cant see someone putting their career on the line punting for him as the internal champion.

Seen so many flightmans / mounties on this board come and go, all typing away in their underpants in their mums back room, trying to make a quick in and out for £20, but with zero real understanding or knowledge - but as you say nice to argue with facts.
