Yes I am aware there are multiple possible explanations. I just don't see how the one I've highlighted can be dismissed given the chain of events since the shares were transferred.

here's something that's also crazy. so crazy i could be labelled a conspiracy theorist, but in reality it's something that should seriously be looked into.

if you watch the rock stock lithoum podcast from 5 months ago, at 24mins 17 seconds in, you will see kc raise his hand. on his hand you will see a wedding ring. we'll, supposedly he was divorced a couple of years ago. during which half his shares here were given to his ex wife. now, if they weren't given to his ex wife and he sold them himself it would be quite a big red flag wouldn't it. now, after those shares were given to his ex wife and no longer in the public, regulated domain anymore, kc went on a year long media campaign to tell everyone many many times that a dfs would be coming later in the year, and that they would have offtakes around the same time. this subsequently kept the share price high. a great opportunity to sell a **** load of shares if you had inside knowledge the project wasn't going as hoped. then at the end of the year, it became very apparent that no dfs was coming and it wasn't going to be coming the next year either. hard to believe kc didn't know this. subsequently the price tanked and for the next year kc has been in hiding. with his wedding band still on....

as conspiracy theory as this may sound. there's way too many coincidence here that it's not a viable concern that something fraudulent is not happening.

I wonder what the guys at Rock Stock Lithium think of KC these days. Wonder if they realise they've been scammed by KC yet and if they've sold out. Would love to see another video of their opinion on the delays

Sorry, 1 and a half months late, not weeks.

So what's everyone's predictions for the year end meeting with EMH? I predict news about the ground survey will be dropped. Since no news has arrived, its already 1 and a half weeks late and KC has a historic pattern of delaying news or brushing it under the carpet when negative, that it's gonna either make the site unviable, or complicate the DFS to the point where it needs several years of delays.

Based solely on my years of observing patterns of how this company operates.

It's dripping down because the fourth attempt to complete a DFS last year failed. Then there was supposed to be a ground survey update in Septmeber that we still haven't heard about which was then going to kick off a new timeline for attempt number five. Guess what. The time has come and gone just like all the fake promises for the last 10 years.

Processing plant? They don't even have anywhere to set a portaloo never mind a processing plant or the funds to build it.

With companies like EMH involved in getting their projects off the ground, there isn't much chance of winning the lithium war. 10 years so far. No DFS, no environmental study, no offtakes, no finance no mining licence and no F'ing cluewhen any of them might even start...

Looks like things are moving again on asx.

I guess we can read between the lines on that. Just like all the other "expected" timelines this company lovely to talk about. Total BS

Well at least VW BMW and Merc actually report things. It's a month since the ground survey was supposed to be handed over to finalise/begin formulating a DFS timeline and EMH doesn't have the capability of informing its shareholders whether it has or n9t been finished. But then, we all know EMH only ever report expected completion dates for things they never bother completing.

Cinovec receiving approval from the EU and and having the government in control of the majority share of the company who own the rights to the mine is incredibly positive for the mine eventually coming to life at some point in the next 20 years.

It in no way guarantees EMH will be part of that mine or will even exist as an entity when it doesn't.

I would advise against assuming they are interlinked.

EMH have missed yet another news deadline they set themselves in the ground survey. That's a fact. It's also a very predictable trend which you has find out by reading some of the RNS and interviews from the CEO.

Again. DYOR and apply some critical thinking.

How much did EMH sell that 51% for? Look it up and think about how much the other 41% is worth considering the only thing they have is an exploration licence. No offtakes, no finance, no dfs and no environmental study.

Its now approaching the end of October and still no news on the survey. Generally no news with this company is bad news. Its looking very much like a DFS will appear Q4 2025, 2 years after the initial stated completion, it it happens at all. At which point EMH, with no revenue stream will have been bread dry by the boards excessive wages.

But hey, I guess the 2 year downward trend is all a result of MMs manipulating the price.

Early 2023 we were told a DFS would be complete EARLY Q4 2023. We didn't get any news until the final day of the year that it would be Q1 2024. That date passed and we were told it wouldn't be happening 2024 at all and that the DFS would BEGIN in Q4 2024 after a group survey would be complete in September 2024. It's now
