It's crazy how the sp dropped again because of naysayers on this board and manipulation conspiracies, when the historical management of EMH has been so amazinig.

It's funny your statements about spot prices contradict the words of KC in his interview where he says offtakers understand the fluctuating spot price isn't the key factor of an agreement. BS everywhere!

Well, The DFS which they started at the beginning of 2023 was supposed to arrive Sept 23, then Oct 23 then Dec 23, Then Q1 2024 didn't happen. Then they said they would be "finialising" it. Which they have now announced with take from Q1 2024 to Mid 2025. Mid 2025 ends at the start of Sept. So "finalising the DFS has taken 2 years, and twice as long as the original DFS.

Now, at the start of the year in an announcement about potentially increasing the amount of material they will mine, EMH slipped into that announcement, the name of a completely different company working on the DFS. So it would actually appear the 2023 DFS failed and they then went looking for another company to start it all over again. The funny thing is, this isnt the first time they've changed the company doing a DFS. You really need to ask yourself WHY.

WiseOwl sold. Why isn't he being told to leave? Oh wait, all those claiming non share holders aren't allowed to speak think their own don't have to play by the same rules. You'd think we were trying to have a conversation with a bunch of woke libs singing Hamas songs and pointing out genocide.

JWERING, IF, and that's a big IF, a DFS appears mid 2025, then all the negativity will change. And rightly so, it should change. At that point this thing should start to moon! After that there's gonna be nothing stopping offtakes and financing.

The issue is, there's been a DFS every year, for a long time. while waiting for the DFS and after the eventual coming and passing without appearance, the share price dropped. It dropped for god reason. So far there's no reason to invest here, because there's just as high a possibility it drops even further over the next few months while we wait for one. If a DFS appears, I'll buy back, and still make good money. The risk of the price going down further though and a DFS not appearing is too high and this is just a gamble.

The webinar is a copy/ paste of every interview from KC for the last 10 years.

Everyone, just do your research and watch a few of his other interviews over those 10 years. You'll see he repeats the same BS about imminent offtakes and DFS' round the corner on most of them. This only pulls people in with FOMO, only to find out by the end of the year that all the progress he was supposedly making didn't come to fruition.

I'm not going to tell anyone they shouldn't buy shares here. I'm just going to point out, if you think you should invest based on the word of KC, have a little look at what he's said over the years.

The only significant thing he's done is sell a majority share in Geomet, and buy land for a processing plant at a location where the local population told them to get lost and rejected their building plans.

Geomets progress and EMH's progress are not the same thing!!!

That's completely false. I've been posting here for a very long time. I'm one of the few who posts rational factual information. If anyone bothers to look at the historical share price, they'll see that it has been falling and not rising for most of that time. If they also bother to watch the historical interviews with KC they will also see that everything I've said about the reasons for the fall are completely factual.

It's not shorting. There's just tonnes of bad sentiment because the company have been lying to shareholders for years.

DFS has been coming out every year for the last 5 years & offtakes have been in their final stages and months away for even longer. It won't be going back up again until one of those actually appears.

But everyone here will say the DFS is definitely coming this year! Just like they did last year and every year before that.

The EU are doing more to get lithium out of the ground than EMH. Given EMH's track record, there's as much chance of them having their only asset taken from them as there is of this being the year they sign an offtake and raising 1billion dollars against their 40 million market cap right now.

I don't doubt your logic jw300, I'm just letting you know, everyone here applied to same logic last year about the 2024 DFS, and the year before for the 2023 DFS, and the year before.....

This interview is as excellent as every other one of his interviews, which turned out to not be true.

It could be true, but so could each of his other statements over the last ten years.

Every time he mentions things in the past, it seemed more and more likely that this time would be the one, and everyone was convinced. It turned out not to be true. The next time people would think, well He ain't gonna lie again, because he knows we all know he lied about it the previous time.

Investing here before the DFS might get you more rewards, but it is not trading, it's gambling you money on a historical, compulsive liars words.

For those who don't know this person. They appeared this time last year with a few other accounts. They pumped the shiite out this board until there was a spike to about the price we are at now. Then disappeared off the face of the earth. If there's a pattern to find it that, then get ready for another pump and dump.
