That's false Hunter. They have two milestones to mean. Submittion of the EIA by Dec 2025 and Approval of it by June 26. If it isn't approved then the grant has not been locked in, it has been lost.

Not only is there another 6 month delay now for the EIA, but it looks like they're going to delay all other steps to produce another DFS.

We all knew the DFS was never complete anyway as there was Tin involved, they just released a half cooked one to save face, to meet yet another failing deadline.

Nothing has changed with this company.

And to make it even more laughable, he adds in some theoretical model that says they can magically reduce the capex and opex to distract from another missed deadline. Surprised he didnt add in some c9mments about imminently inking offtakes.

By the looks of it there'll be a few more rounds of dilution for EMH shareholders. Again...

Its also not the first time the media new about a long delay before EMH shareholders did.

Several of the 6-12 month delay extensions to the DFS were found out this way too.
