VAL: Hey guys! It seems two of our fully worldwide patented compounds can treat cancer! Our other two patented compounds are being tested, but it looks like they'll treat cancer too; and all four will be commercially viable. We even have two parties in the EU and US willing to fund the final phase trials of one of the compounds, amazing!
MARKET: Sell at basically a 5-year low.
Exactly, even if the share price doesn't reflect, I'm very happy to be invested in a company that can change so many lives with it's compounds. And on a side, hopefully I can move away from being 90% down ! Haha
Huge news!
0.121 realistically, is where this share price should be anyway, considering everything. Obviously a mistake. I wonder if that person was Quoted that price before Dealing? Technically, a share is worth what the last person willingly bought/sold it for, right? I'm sure we'll see it corrected soon though, sadly.

Not all sells. Try a dummy. Buys are going through closer to the bid than ask.
I see Richboy is back in.
Follow the bees...
Barclays words it slightly differently:
"...because your shares are held in a nominee position - grouped together with other customers - it may be that the percentage you receive is actually higher than the scaleback rate announced."
Needless to say, I've put in for 100% of my entitlement, and oversubscribed for an additional 33%.
That they will announce the RTO target in the next few days.
Obviously if it is who we all think it is, the share price will rise dramatically, but also, consider this, any current holder hoping to take part in the open offer is not likely to forfeit that by selling any shares, so we'll be faced with 100% buyers and 0% sellers, perpetuating the rise further.
Obviously we'll have to wait and see how this week turns out. Good luck all.
From your experience what’s the best advice you would give novices who are not chasing dreams but just wish to understand how the market REALLY works to make realistic profit?
Seeing as we're on a bulletin board, here's some advice. Everyone has an agenda, every single one. Do your own research. Posting/reading here is a good way to pass the time, and that's all it should be. Don't make a decision based on things you read on bulletin boards. Patience. There will be a lot of waiting for something to happen, and at times, that something never comes. Wait a bit longer. Read updates from companies and follow how the share price reacts, understand what you're reading, never guess. Keep waiting. Sometimes you'll be up, sometimes you'll be down, nobody can predict the future. There are small elements of hope and luck, and large element of research and understanding said research. And, if you only invest what you can afford to lose, then you get to enjoy the journey, thoroughly, whether it be good or bad.
Richboy, from your posting history:
"I made a profit on BOU bought at 0.35 [sic] and sold at 0.46 [sic] so i am happy with my profits there. thank you."
If you had bought at 0.035 and HELD, you would now not only be UP, but also eligible to take part in the open offer at 0.0125, giving you an average of 0.02375. Yep, you messed up.
Richboy, I'm still 264.00% up. Sold 25% of my holding at 0.046 just like you, but I'll reinvest that in the open offer giving me an overall average of 0.005 pence per share.
I think the potential dilution was priced into the market, and we opened at low 0.030s (at least we won't have to worry about that now on May 24th when the offer shares hit the market). I would guess some sold seeing the price drop having not read the RNS properly.
The open offer is to raise £600k+ so the reverse takeover can go ahead. Existing shareholders (like yourself) will have the [bould] opportunity to take shares at 0.0125 pence per share up to the equivalent of your existing holding.
Basically, you have the option to double your holding at a discounted price, to help raise money for the company, so that a reverse takeover can take place.
Yes, 3rd of May.

I think it'll be there on Friday mate. Let me check the RNS again. There was a list of dates about 2/3 down.
I don't understand why anyone would sell here today.
Let's say you hold, and the share price stays around 0.0400, just wait, and buy more at 0.0125 pence per share through the "Open Offer". They'll instantly be worth 0.0400 on the day they hit the market. Basically, the only reason this share should go down is because of sellers, but the only reason to sell is if you don't like being gifted "Free Money". And when the dust settles, we RTO into Antos' gold company.
Incredibly that people have sold this morning.
