That's how I see it. Positive. Having a guy like this to make the company a much leaner company with an enhanced balance sheet. They are well on the way with it anyway with the last trading statement showing as such. This just ensures we are satisfying the lenders and we are doing what we say we are. Good appointment.
I'd be worried with this appointment if ASOS wasn't confident of a return to positive cashflow in H2.
Anyway, yeah it's all gravy :)

Hey Suzy, I imagine once the prospectus is out and the subscription period starts in February we shall hear from our brokers. That's what happened last time.

Hi Eric, completely understand. We didn't think we would have over a billion shares in issue whilst starting the PFS. As you say it does limit the upside for us from only a kallak perspective that's why we unfortunately need to remain optimistic that Vardar turns into a world class discovery as they seem to be alluding to. If they make that 'world class discovery' it will underpin the SP massively and Vardar will have been a successful outing. However it's also likely it's just your run of the mill results and we hit nothing exceptional. Anyway, something commercial needs to be found this year or Vardar can be disposed of like the rest of the crap.
Kal PFS and drilling the gap are the next biggies though.

If we weren't messed about for many years with the concession we would be in a completely different position now. Hey ho.

Hi Eric, yes it's not pretty this dilution. Rather terrible but I'm hopeful, rightly or wrongly-we place our bets- on some proper progress here. Kurt mentions spinning the Vardar venture out onto the market or having a 3rd party join come the second half of this year pending results. Let's hope there is a proper good commercial discovery to be made of the ilk ala Stan terg mine then it will be more than worthwhile I reckon since that is a world-class mine. We still have a chance... That's the potential lottery ticket whilst kallak is being developed.

They may mean absolutely nothing but it's good to see the switch slowly start to switch the other way :)

Yeah that's what it needs. It will instil confidence in this stock which to be frank is very low. A few major contracts and with sentiment turning aswell is all it needs to start the rerate. :)

Up another 9%. Highest it's been in 9 months. Just a matter of time. Sentiment is slowly turning.

I don't think anyone does expect any movement this year pocko in regards to kallak. The work streams will be initiated but won't come into fruition until c2024.
As cardbrag has pointed out short term value can only really come from Vardar or Finland. If we get the enviro permit, there shouldn't be any issues with land allocation and construction permit.

Because it sets the perimeters for a mine from an environmental point and that is where alot of negativity surrounds BEM. It is also the last major Permit prior to construction financing/decision. The concession was massive but people realised they would have to hold for years and it set out environmental points so investors sold and I don't blame them. I see the opposite affect of the environmental permit.
And yes unfortunately no time scales but at least we have a goal.

Have to say, it isn't nice having over a billion shares in issue. That was the good thing about this share in the past. Low number over shares, tightly held, moved on low volume. Now we have a lot more let's hope they remain tightly held.

Lbjj, yes. My optimism comes from the concession being granted and we can actually make progress with kallak. Something we haven't been able to do in God knows how many years so I am more optimistic now than I have been for years. It's a big IF, we know this lbjj but IF he can pull all that off with this fundraising with Europe's largest unbroken high quality iron deposit then it isnt a bad bet I reckon.
After these work streams a partner needs to come onboard as there is nothing much further we can do without seriously significant funds. That is my feeling.

It's a no brainer if Kurt delivers what he says he will. A PFS, an environmental permit and maybe some resource drilling on KS. The rest of the projects are a bonus. If he delivers on those then I will be happy and we won't be at 2p.
